Central place in Harstad in closest possible proximity to ferry, bus and shopping.
Pros:

Everything as described. Very central for activities in the city center and right at the docks for the ferry connection and the central bus station.
I had a great view on the harbour from my room.
Although without a staffed reception, emailed requests were replied to very fast!
