It was terrible, there were roaches, it smelt absolutely terrible, and the lights didn’t work. I requested a refund on Booking.com and I’m waiting to hear back.

There was water leak from the air conditioner. You could tell the staff had mopped. But it was still leaking. I got my feet wet from the water on the floor. I wiped them off with a towel it left dirt on the towel. There is black mold in the shower and the shower curtin.

The headboard almost fell on my newborn , it literally broke off of the wall as soon as we opened the door.
The room smelt like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room.
There were cigarettes burns on the sheets and bed .
I had to move the bed because my phone dropped and there was a drug needle behind the bed!

THERE WERE ROACHES EVERYWHERE. I was scared to even bring anything into and out of the room. I took pictures. They were on every table Coulter, lavatory, shower... they were everywhere and it was so late i just had to put my belongings inside the fridge raton feeling like that was the only safe place. Would really appreciate my money back, or a credit to my account. This makes the 3rd time ive had a problem using booking.com.

The other issues were I was charged double becasue i showed up after 11 midnight and the other, I booked a hotel room accidently for another night, and they never gave my money back
