Güzel bir deneyimdi.
Pros:

Personelin yaklaşımı güzeldi. Otel odası, temizliği de iyiydi. Konum da mükemmel.

Cons:

Kahvaltı zamanı bazen yer bulmak zorluyordu :)

Perfect place, perfect people

Thomas at the reception was very kind and attentive 😍

The cleaning lady was also very sweet and tried to help us.

Thank you to this beautiful place for the wonderful days we spent here. We are already looking forward to the moment when we can return to beautiful Copenhagen.

Et ældre hotel med charme, smukt indrettet
Pros:

Hotellet ligger perfekt, lige i centrum. Morgenmaden var fantastisk

Cons:

Der var ingen aircondition, og døren til toilettet kunne vi ikke lukke.

Facile, dépaysant, agréable
Pros:

Service impeccable, déjeuner très qualitatif, localisation très centrale ( facilités de la ville) et proche de la gare et donc du transport vers l'aéroport.

Cons:

Notre (grande) chambre était à l'arriere (331) donc non exposée aux bruits des animations de la Place, excepté le carillon du beffroi de l'hotel de ville : une pétition pour arreter à 22h ce carillon ?

Excellent hotel staff and location. Do not use the restaurant adjacent.

The front desk people were superb: friendly and helpful.
The location couldn’t get better!

Cons:

The restaurant Casa(?) adjacent to the hotel - their staff did not reflect the friendliness of the hotel, rather were obnoxious when I asked if I could have table on their terrace (evening sun, city hall place - nice). The young server was perhaps alone serving the floor inside (but even the inside wasn’t super full) and stressed but should not relay their stress directly to customers. “No, we don’t serve to the terrace now. “ —Well, could I just have a glass from your bar here and bring it myself to the terrace? “NO! We don’t serve to the terrace now!”
From an American service culture perspective, terribly rude. But like said, complete opposite to the hotel.
