Pros:

the hotel was extremely accomodating- i was called personally about my check in - the key had my name printed on and was left in a lock box for me - breakfast was great, overall an excellent experience

posizione bellissima, vicino una bella spiaggia e a pochi passi dal centro. Personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

la struttura è datata, anche se la stanza era nuova e ben curata, c'è cattivo odore nei corridoi, piccoli dettagli sono un po' trascurati.

Needs a clean.
Pros:

£190 for one night. Very uncomfortable bed. Room needed a good clean, especially dust and webs headend of bed, low down. Breakfast very good, receptionists very good.

Very disappointing and i wont be back

The location

Cons:

The restaurant staff at breakfast were rude and uninterested in the guest experience. I had to walk into the kitchen to ask for assistance because three staff were just chatting. When I give my order, I don't like it when staff chew gum in front of me. When I was shown to my table, I wasn't told that certain aspects were self-service. When food is delivered, staff should ask if there is anything else. Don't just put the food down and walk away; it's rude. A distinct lack of training, manners, and supervision.
The TV in the room didn't work, and since we're in the middle of a heatwave, why don't you put a decent fan in each room? Your windows only open 6" for safety reasons, which means the room temperature was unbearable. For £185 per night, you need to up your game.

Die Lage ist erstklassig, man bemüht sich um Altersgerechtigkeit (wir haben nur Senior/innen im Hotel gesehen).

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ungünstig eingerichtet, dadurch die Verkehrswege zu eng.
