It was short, and the view overcame any shortcomings we found.
Pros:

We got a corner room and the view was amazing. We just stayed overnight before a cruise, so we did not get to experience all the hotel and its grandeur. We got there late in the afternoon and left in the morning The hotel was like a 10 minute walk to the cruise port in the morning. That was awesome!

Cons:

We ordered breakfast from room service. My wife did not like French toast, it was a little mushy and burnt on one side. I would say that was our biggest complaint.

Great location and the suite we had was very comfortable.

Cons:

Door lock failed (flat battery) although it got immediate attention when I reported it. Bed was a little soft for my liking but that's just me (I have a bad back).

Wonderful staff !
Pros:

The staff were delightful ! Well placed for the shopping Mall. , the harbour centre and view.
Extremely convenient for Canada Place if you are taking a cruise .

Une excellente base en famille pour découvrir Vancouver à pied.
Pros:

Excellent choix pour découvrir Vancouver en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la localisation, qui permet de rejoindre très facilement à pied Gastown, Canada Place et une grande partie de Downtown. La chambre familiale était confortable, spacieuse et très pratique pour quatre. Le personnel était accueillant et le petit-déjeuner de très bonne qualité, avec suffisamment de choix pour satisfaire toute la famille. Après plusieurs jours de road trip, nous avons également apprécié de retrouver tout le confort d’un très bon hôtel en plein centre-ville.

Cons:

Rien de réellement négatif à signaler. Comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels situés en plein centre d’une grande ville, l’environnement est évidemment très urbain, mais c’est aussi précisément ce que nous recherchions pour cette étape.

Very comfortable centrally located hotel
Pros:

Two double beds were very comfortable, the large sofa bed was too soft for me but my sister found it super comfy. Bathroom was fine, lovely walk in shower. Aircon worked superbly well and was very quiet. Location absolutely perfect, just 5 mins walk from Waterfront Station. Staff were super helpful.

Cons:

When the sofabed was out there wasn’t a huge amount of room in the lounge but that’s just a tiny niggle, I’d definitely stay at this hotel again if I were visiting Vancouver.
