Pros:

Stunning views from the room, floor to ceiling windows looking out over the Tokyo skyline, incredible especially at night. The location in Hibiya is excellent, close to Ginza, easy access to trains, and walkable to a lot of great spots. The room itself was spacious and modern with a really comfortable living area, and the design felt high end without being cold. Staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay.

Cons:

The only downside was construction noise nearby. There's active construction close to the hotel and it was noticeable during the day, which took away a bit from the otherwise peaceful stay. Would be great if this was addressed or if guests were given rooms further from the site during ongoing work.

Excellent stay in Tokyo!
Pros:

Hotel location is excellent, 2 blocks from Shimbashi station. Facilities are great and beautiful, including an amazing view of Tokyo. Room is very comfortable and clean. Bed and shower are great.

Nice clean hotel - would only stay again if I got a really good deal as it is still decent to stay.
Pros:

The hotel is only a couple minutes from the nearest train station, the lobby has beautiful views that overlook the city and the rooms felt clean. We also liked that there was a family mart in the building a they have an area were you can enjoy your food/snacks that also provide free drinks.

Cons:

The rooms were a lot smaller than expected and we did struggle to fit our two suitcases open - but we managed. I didn't really like the layout of the room and felt as if it was a bit tight especially with all our luggages.
