Pros:

2 nuits passées à Tokyo dans cet hôtel. Bonne situation géographique proche Ginza et station de métro et de train. Chambre un peu petite mais belle baie vitrée. Petit déjeuner excellent. Personnel aux petits soin et professionnel. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Pros:

Nice room and also decent size for Tokyo. Convenient location, quiet at night and great views. Spacious bathroom/toilet.

Cons:

Have to change the elevator on the lobby floor (18th) to go up to the room.

Déception par rapport au standing de l’hôtel et de sa note globale je m’attendais à mieux

L’emplacement et la vue du lobby

Cons:

Principalement le bruit. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés du bruit extérieur on entend les trains passer.
La chambre est petite sans rangement. Compliqué de gérer les valises.
Le lit n’est fait que les 3 jours et si vous arrivez avant 15h vous devez payer ¥3000 pour récupérer votre chambre.

Best choice to stay in Tokyo
Pros:

This is exceptionally beautiful hotel with friendly and always ready to help staff. We stayed there twice and will always return for this feeling of welcomeness and (for sure) for unprecedented view to Tokyo skyline.

The rooms are super clean, nicely equipped and cozy. You can enjoy their gym (with a view) and 24h guest room, where you can always grab free tea or coffee.

The location is another bonus, it’s very nearby to Ginza.

Top Lage, mega Aussicht!
Pros:

Die fantastische Aussicht über Tokio war definitiv eines der Highlights unseres Aufenthalts. Das Personal war durchweg sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt hat. Die Lage direkt bei Ginza ist ideal, um Stadt, Shopping und Restaurants bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Cons:

Das hauseigene Gym ist solide und ausreichend ausgestattet – einzig ein paar zusätzliche Kurzhanteln über 10 kg wären noch wünschenswert gewesen.

Pros:

The view is amazing. Very nice and helpful staff. The room was perfect all around. I loved everything about this hotel. Location close to Ginza for shopping and to the train station to explore Tokyo.
