The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the view from our room was absolutely amazing.

The location is perfect — just a short walk from the lively Ginza area, with its fantastic shopping, restaurants, and cafés, yet the hotel itself is in a peaceful and quiet setting where you can truly relax after a busy day exploring Tokyo.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. I especially appreciated that they kindly provided a hair straightener upon request. Their thoughtfulness made our stay even more comfortable.

Todo bien a excepción del colchón.
Pros:

Nos encantó la ubicación ya que está muy cerca de Ginza pero en una zona muy tranquila. El tamaño de la habitación era muy razonable, y las vistas increíbles. El desayuno también nos gustó mucho, productos frescos de primera calidad.

Cons:

Nos asignaron una habitación de dos camas, una de ellas tenía el colchón hundido por un lado, algo que hizo que la estancia para uno de nosotros no fuera tan positiva, considerando que estás pagando un buen hotel y que los días de turismo en Tokio pueden ser intensos y cuando llegas a tu habitación después de todo el día necesitas un sueño reparador. A pesar de comunicar esto al equipo de recepción, no hicieron nada con el colchón.

Pros:

Top-Lage in der Nähe von Tokyo-Station. Sicheres Umfeld. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut hochwertig und erlesen. Wir würden uneingeschränkt dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Unbearable smell in the rooms
Pros:

The location is really great, next to the big station and walking distance to Ginza and many nice places.
The view from the lobby is also very nice because the hotel is located in skyscraper. Stuff is nice, friendly and is there to help.

Cons:

The rooms are very tiny, you couldn't open the lugagge but that was acceptable. What was not acceptable is the smell of the mold in most rooms! We checked 3 rooms and they all smells like that - it smells like horrible sweat, but this is how mold smells. It looks like the have mold and problems with ventilation and they don't want to renovate that.
We tried to spend as little time as possible in the room because it was unbearable. They has sprays in the room, so it seems that they are aware of the problem.
