מיקום מושלם. תחבורה נוחה. מיטות הכי נוחות בעולם. מקלחת שווה. חדר נקי מאד. צוות מאד שירותי ואדיב במיוחד. שירותי כביסה במלון, מאד נוח!

Cons:

חדר מעט קטן וצפוף - רק כדי לישון. חדר כושר לא מספק מבחינת מכשור. ארוחת בוקר מערבית יחסית מגוונת אבל לא הכל היה איכותי במיוחד.

Staff are super helpful ....
Rooms about fine size for Tokyo....view excellent of city scape

Cons:

Queue for breakfast....was warned when busy time was.
Meal at restaraunt has to be the smallest ever...was tasty but tiny amount of steak....ended up at local convenience store to fill up.

Соотношения цена качество отличное. Расположение супер , рядом куча супер ресторанчиков, устричных, баров, корейских жар

Отличное местоположение
Интересные завтраки в японском стиле - не берите круассаны, зато остальное на 5+. Жалко не быдо сладкого картофеля , а так все отлично. Печеньки к кофе «хоккайдо чиз энд пеппер» топ, мы их только на третий день нашли )). С 20-24 этаж есть стирально сушильные машины, где за 500 йен можно постирать огромный мешок одежды.
Обслуживание на отлично

Cons:

Номера все же маленькие, наверное единственный минус этого отеля

Great location, great rooms, great stay
Pros:

The location and the staff. They were excellent in communication and were accommodating to our requests such as baggage holding and an extended check out. Facilities and amenities are great. The rooms are spacious, clean quiet.

Cons:

The breakfast can be improved. The western variety wasn’t great and the layout of the buffet is congested.

נוף מדהים, חדר לא משהו
Pros:

הלובי וואו. קומה גבוהה עם נוף מדהים על כל טוקיו ואווירה יוקרתית. מיקום סבבה בגינזה קרוב לכמה תחנות מטרו.

Cons:

חדר קטן, לא נראה נקי במיוחד (עובש במקלחת, לכלוכים על הקירות). על פניו המלון ברמה גבוהה אבל החדר מאכזב.

מלון נהדר, נהנינו מאוד, מעל הכל אהבנו את המיקום המעולה

המיקום מעולה, צמוד להמון איזאקיות, הליכה קצרה מהחנויות של גינזה, או אל תחנת הרכבת. הנוף מהחדר ומהקבלה נהדר וכיף, צוות הקבלה היו נחמדים במיוחד ועזרו לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכות

Cons:

הדבר היחיד הוא שהיה לנו ריח קצת לא נעים בחדר, הרגיש מהשטיח. היה בחדר מכשיר שמטהר אוויר והיה אמור כנראה לפתור את הנושא אך לא עזר מספיק.
