The Premier Mill is charming and is a beautifully restored building; it's a worthwhile visit.
Pros:

The rooms are stunning. I love the historical feel of the building. The design is exceptional. Everything is comfortable and cosy. The Cordial bar is excellent. The options for food and drink are good. It gives visitors a reason to come and see the quaint country town. Driving down from Perth at this time of the year rewards you with stunning canola fields.

The staff added some anniversary touches - petals, chocolate and a drink voucher. This made the stay feel extra special.

Cons:

I wish there was a room with a bathtub!

Overpriced for what you actually get, but nice and clean
Pros:

Very nice property, modern, clean

Cons:

Noisy due to live band playing and elevator nearby. Wooden floors also meant we heard the people above walking around and using the bathroom. Locked out after midnight due to key card not working and afternoon hours phone number not responding for over 35 mins.

Expensive for what we got.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn't included in the room rate so we drove to Kojonup for breakfast.

Cons:

For a quite expensive hotel, the food was woeful. It came from the Dome kitchen. We ordered three share plates - Lasagna, croquettes, beef tacos and fries. The croquettes were passable but the beef tacos were the worst I've ever had. Just a small amount of meat with lots of runny gravy so very messy to eat. No crunchy salad or anything. And the chips were really bad too. As the only dining option at the hotel, it was well below what we would have expected. We did however enjoy the Cordial Bar - lovely ambiance and great to have live music on a Friday night.

Comfortable and top quality.
Pros:

Love the finesse, the top end finish, the quality of the products, the warmth, the comfort, the quirkiness, access to the Dome and the Cordial Bar, heated rails on the staircase, free easy parking.

Cons:

Do wish we had our own tea and coffee making facilities, and a larger fridge.

Would stay there again, other than to just to stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Great place to stay rivalling some of the better hotels in Perth. Big rooms warm, down stairs bar.requested a late check out and no hassle at all.

Cons:

Parking across the road, but no real issue

Lovely clean hotel in town centre,handy for overnight stay.
Pros:

A part of local history repurposed into a quirky hotel. Spotless room,hot showers.
In centre of town,Dome Cafe on ground floor.

Cons:

No kettle in room.
TV remote didn't lower volume of sound.
Overpriced for standard king room.
