Perfect location, easy to get to MRT and markets.
With the advent of mobile phones, are the staff at reception no longer able to help with questions regarding various activities etc.
Good location, close to many bars and eateries, fabulous cafe outside hotel called “Group Therapy”. Grateful to have self service laundry on level 15, as I had been travelling before arriving into SG. Easy walk to Lau Pa Sat for food and between two MRT stations which serviced different lines (Maxwell & Telok Ayer).
Was not an issue for me but note the bathroom is open plan design, so be aware when travelling with friends or needing more privacy.
Very well located hotel, close to MRT underground stations, so easy to get around.

Nice and warm personnel ready to help the customers 24/7. The breakfast had too many options and the employees were always smiling and kind to us. The breakfast was served in a cool and relaxing spot. The location of the hotel was ideal, near to the city center.

Gutes Stadthotel, nicht zu hoch und nicht zu groß. Das Frühstück bot eine sehr gute Auswahl. Lage sehr gut - in 5 Minuten Fußweg gibt es ein kleines Vergnügungsviertel mit Biergarten und Restaurants, U-Bahn ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
We stayed for 3 nights as a family and found the hotel very well located for exploring Singapore. It was easy to get to Chinatown, Arab Street, Sultan Mosque, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa and VivoCity. The hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable, and the rooms were a decent size for Singapore. The location was definitely the strongest point and made it a very convenient base for a short city stay.
The breakfast was by far the biggest disappointment. We had paid extra for breakfast and it was honestly very poor for the price and standard of the hotel. The choice and quality were disappointing, and I have had much better breakfasts at a Premier Inn in the UK. I would definitely recommend booking room only and eating breakfast elsewhere, as there are plenty of better options nearby.
