No fresh juice
The staff, concierge especially is amazing. Super helpful and welcoming, passionate about their job. The lady who checked us in for breakfast was a bit grumpy.
Room is a bit small, a bit ordinary but good enough
Location was great, pool was amazing
There seems to be an issue between the hotel and the booking website. We booked 2x rooms for 2 adults and 1 child in each room. When we arrived the rooms had 1 queen bed only. The hotel then made us pay a significant amount US$100 to have a futon bed brought into the room for the children.
THe location is excellent. THe facilities - pool, gym etc are also very good.
THe staff need to notify you that you need to show them the creditcard that you booked with, so make sure you bring that card with you.
Good breakfast
We had a great stay here. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful and let us check in a bit early which helped massively with our 10month old baby after we had just had a long flight
Location is great and the pool at the top is lovely!
Only downside we had was that the staff in breakfast start clearing up a bit too early (before 10.30 when breakfast finishes) if you get there towards the end and were a bit sassy about it
Un hotel curat, modern, bine amplasat.
Nu stiu cum este procedura de plata la alte hoteluri din lant, dar la acesta este ceva absolut neprofesionist. Facem sute de rezervari pe an, dar nicaieri nu am intalnit o situatie similara: sa nu poti plati in avans pt un grup. A fost nevoie sa trimitem insotitorul de grup cu bani cash pt a achita rezervarea. Nu stim daca este vorba de procedura sau de foarta slaba pregatire a personalului de la vanzari si front office. Am avut o multime de convorbiri telefonice si de schimburi de Email-uri si in final am avut senzatia ca vorbim cu peretii. Foarte foarte slab pregatiti, surprinzator de neprofesionisti, mai ales ca discutam de o retea de hoteluri si de categoria 5*.

Privacy and clean room
I don't like the twin bed and also the size of the room for that price.
A walk in person pay less than the one that has booked in advance. It better not to include breakfast in booking. Walk in and pay as and when u need to.
