Not the most pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was pretty nice, as the bus stop is about 2 minutes away and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Coffee in the lobby was great.

Cons:

It was very hot and stuffy in our room during the entire stay (3 days), no matter how much we were trying to air it out. The temperature outside was around 26 degrees during the day, but inside of the room it felt like more, so I cannot imagine how it is there during the heatwave. The main problem here is the lack of an AC. There was a tower fan and another fan in the room, which helped a bit, without them it would be pure sauna.
The room itself was also worn out and not that tidy, and during our stay towels were not changed and the room was not cleaned.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, there was a laundry machine downstairs. Good location. Ice tray in the freezer. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Cons:

There are 2 laundry machines, the only one I could use(5euro) had dirty cloths from the hotel in it which I had to take out so I could use. Under the bed was dirty, and the bath was not clean - a brown spot I had to clean off.

There was a heatwave - There is no airconditioning, we stayed on the top floor and it was miserably hot. In fairness, at check in they did tell us and they provided fans.

Beaucoup trop bruyant, toute la nuit les portes n’ont cessées de claquer …. Aucune isolation côté insonorisation très mauvaise

Pour les intolérants au gluten, aucun effort de fait ni aucune alternative, paiement du petit déjeuner sans aucune réduction.

Très déçue de mon séjour
Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de climatisation dans la chambre alors qu’il s’agit d’un 4 étoiles et qu’on était en pleine canicule.
L’ascenseur était en panne et je devais porter mes affaires depuis le 3eme étage.
Aucune aide m’a été proposée de la part du personnel
