Pros:

I thought there would be more selection

Cons:

There is no sound proofing and as a result I could here people in the hallway and in the rooms adjoining mine.

Pros:

I liked the themed rooms and that it was big enough to sleep our big family.

Cons:

The walls/doors were dirty, the sofa bed sheets/blankets were not changed (crumbs and wrappers in the bed), found use Kleenex behind the door in the master bedroom and we noticed ants crawling around the door that leads out to the pool. We talked to the front desk about all of that, she said a manager would get in touch with me, but I haven't heard anything yet

Fijn hotel, leuk voor kinderen
Pros:

Fijne plek, enorm kindvriendelijk. Kamer was ruim en goed ingericht.

Cons:

Ontbijt vooral veel zoete opties, minder keuze mbt allergien.

Pros:

The breakfast was simple but good. Navya was lovely at the front desk when I arrived. She upgraded me to a suite which was great. Having a separate bedroom and two bathrooms was such a luxury.

Tired looking hotel
Pros:

We arrived before the check in time of 3pm. The woman on the desk asked for additional payment to allow us to access the room even though it was ready to be occupied. It would have made no difference to the hotel had she given us the key in the spirit of customer service
The room looked out onto the pool/waterslide/hot tub. There weren’t many children using the area but when they did they could be heard in the room. The pool area looked poorly maintained.
The room was ok and the bed comfortable. The odd thing being that the shower was actually in the bedroom. There were two bathrooms which was handy.
Breakfast was basic but ok. Breakfast room is drab and utilitarian.
The whole hotel needs painting and freshening up.

Kids will love the slide, clean and friendly
Pros:

This is a great hotel especially if you have kids. The pool and water slide are awesome. The breakfast is decent and appreciated. The staff is super friendly. A lot of updates since I last stayed here. The pool was heated, elevator working. Cleaned the hot tub. Great location.
