Chambres très vieillîtes ; salle de bain pleine de calcaire et d un autre temps ; matelas défoncé ; seule la réception est agréable.
Habitación 321
Realicé la reservación en Booking considerando que somos tres en la familia y que se menciona una cama king y un sofá-cama, lo que sugiere que la acomodación es para tres personas. Sin embargo, la recepcionista nos informó que la habitación era solo para dos personas, aunque con un precio adicional podrían acomodar a nuestro hijo, algo que consideramos inapropiado dado que hay un sofá y pudieran hacerlo saber antes de reservar. Aún así, accedimos sin problema .
El tercer piso parece haber estado fuera de uso, ya que aún con ventanas abiertas se sentía un gran bochorno. En las áreas comunes no hay aire acondicionado, lo que hace que el calor en ellas sea mucho.
La habitación es enorme y cuenta con un refrigerador nuevo, así como dos baños: uno completo y un medio baño. La cocineta está completamente equipada. La ropa blanca es muy limpia y la habitación se encuentra en muy buen estado. No cuenta con grandes espacios para almacenar pero es suficiente las grandes ventanas permiten la entrada de mucha luz. El elevador es nuevo, aunque no muy grande, es muy moderno.

La recepción es alegre, gracias a un mural y colores claros. El personal en general es atento y bien dispuesto, incluyendo el de restaurante. Hubo un momento en que faltó agua, pero lo resolvieron casi de inmediato. El Check out muy rápido. Parece que la administración está haciendo un esfuerzo por mejorar las condiciones del inmueble, debo reconocer.
Bueno, al llegar y abrir la habitación, se percibía un olor muy fuerte a drenaje (quizá, como menciono, debido a que ha estado cerrada). Cuando hicimos una compra para cenar algo ligero, colocamos un desodorante de ambiente y dejamos ventilar; al poco rato, el problema se solucionó. Aclaro esto para la atención de la administración, ya que es importante cuidar esos detalles, que son significativos para personas más puntillosas.
La alberca necesita una remodelación, pues incluso se nota el deterioro de la pintura en el área. El restaurante podría ser más acogedor; su barra es muy limitada y, por lo tanto, poco vistosa.

The location and staff were very good.
We had a family room for four of us, Three beds. The room was sparse. No coat hangars to hang up clothes. No drawers to put clothes away. No coffee machine or kettle. No glasses for drinking water just a bottle. The beds were all on one side and the room could have been arranged better, more than half the room was empty. One small table and one chair for four people. There was a sofa which had a torn back. One small tv. The bathroom could have done with hooks to hold the four towels, not just one rail, for one. The toilet was extremely small and the seat did not fit the toilet. For a hotel it needs to be bigger. Also for four people just one toilet is not adequate. The bathroom also needs a shelf that can hold bath can personal bottles and lotions. In this room you are literally living out of a suitcase. With a few more pieces of furniture and a bit of thought this could be a wonderful family room. A small fridge would be a great addition . Also the two lights were on one switch so we're all on or off. No area lighting.
