Gut, das wir nur 2 Nächte da waren.

Die Nähe zur Fußgängerzone

Cons:

Das Bett war kaputt, keine Haken für die Handtücher, Lichtschalter-Rahmen fehlte, Löcher in den Fliesen, Fenster nicht zum kippen, Schrank ging nicht zu.
Leider Obdachlose mit Drogenproblemen direkt im Eingang.

Eher eine Absteige in fragwürdiger Umgebung, aber nahe am Konzerthaus.
Pros:

Weiße Bettwäsche war sauber und pristine.
Sanitäranlagen relativ neu und ok.
Das Zimmer ist groß, mit Wohn-Ecke.

Cons:

Es gibt dort weder Frühstück noch Getränke.
Die Zimmer, bzw. MEIN Zimmer, benötigt dringend eine Überholung: Wasserschaden-Ränder an Decke und Wänden, die Wände sind z.T. schmutzig und benötigen einen Anstrich, die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich ist verschmutzt.

Zentrale Lage, je 5 min zum Hbf oder in die City.Zimmer zweckmäßig und günstig.

Cons:

Verdreckter Eingangsbereich mit Geruch von Urin.Obdachloser schlafend vor der Eingangstür.Teilweise sehr unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption, Einchecken nur bis 21 Uhr 30 möglich.Gast aus dem Ausland hat sich aufgrund der Lage nicht wohlgefühlt.

Im Zimmer roch es muffelig. Auf dem Sofa sind Flecken. Da will ich lieber nicht wissen, was das ist. Der Kleiderschrank war eine Ruine - defekte Kleiderbügel und Schrankteile lagen am Boden.
