Their air conditioning is controlled by them, and they don’t turn it on during the summer, so we basically had to suffer through the heat. We spent two nights unable to sleep, and the main reason we booked this hotel was that it appeared in the search filters as having air conditioning. The rooms are also in very poor condition and noticeably deteriorated.

Die Mitarbeiterin beim check inn war sehr freundlich. Allerdings - "angeblich" bekommt man ein Freigetränk pro Tag. Als ich die am nächsten Tag abholen wollte, es wären bei einem Doppelzimmer von 4 Getränken auszugehen, traff ich am 17.04. Abends auf einen Angestellten am checkinn, der patzig war. Ich wollte meine 2 (2!) Getränke abholen. Er erklärte mir genauso genervt und patzig dass ich pro Tag nur 1 Getränk bekomme. Also - bei 3 Nächten sind das(?). Diese wären jetzt angeblich abgelaufen da die jeden Tag geholt werden müssen - dassss steht nirgends. Was mich stört ist das Verhalten, patzig - unfreundlich - frech - rechthaberich - genervt. Es ist ein billig Hotel, stimmt. Aber das bedeutet nicht das man die Kunden so "billig" und respektlos behandeln darf. Die Getränke? Lol - nun... ich habe es nucht nötig.

Es war das erstmal dass ich so ein "billig"Hotel genutzt habe. Es war das letzte mal meine ich mal an.

What you pay for, is what you get: Gut gelegenes, absolutely no-frills Hotel in guter Lage in FFM
Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Ostbahnhofs mit einigen Restaurationen in der Umgebung. Großes Zimmer. Snack-Automat an der Rezeption. Gutes PLV. Frühstück war für den Preis OK.

Cons:

Sehr schlichte Zimmer, wenig Stauraum. Duschkabine als Nasszelle im Hotelzimmer.

Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral gelegen.Essen/Trinken in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Hinterhoflärm und einige Sachen im Zimmer hätten ausgebessert werden müssen.Eventuell auch ein Begrüßungsgetränk Wasser etc.
