L’emplacement etait parfait

Cons:

Le côté un peu sombre pas très moderne.
La décoration n’était pas à mon goût.
J’ai envoyé aussi un mail pour récupérer des affaires que j’avais oubliées et je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Je ne reviens pas.

Mooie kamers, perfecte locatie.

Cons:

Inchecken duurde 50 minuten (lange rij). Alles moest nog ingevuld worden, niets ging digitaal.

Mooi hotel met fijne ligging.
Pros:

Heel mooi hotel, mooie ruime kamers met veel faciliteiten. Medewerkers ook erg behulpzaam.

Cons:

Ik had een kamer geboekt met twee bedden, vanwege een fout door Booking is onze reservering niet doorgekomen bij het hotel waardoor we lang moesten wachten op een kamer. Uiteindelijk heb ik niet de kamer gekregen die ik geboekt had en heb ik hier helaas ook geen compensatie voor gekregen.

Uitzicht op Antwerpen Centraal Station

Cons:

De ontvangst bij de receptie was niet heel vriendelijk.
Op de foto's ziet het hotel er binnen wel strak uit, maar het hotel heeft een goede verf- en opknapbeurt nodig en viel daardoor flink tegen. Als we dat van tevoren hadden geweten hadden we dit hotel niet geboekt.
In de douche lagen nog haren van de vorige bewoners en het water liep erg langzaam weg omdat het doucheputje verstopt zat.
We hadden gereserveerd voor 3 personen, maar het extra bed was nog niet geplaatst. Na een belletje naar de receptie was dat wel binnen 5 minuten geregeld door een aardig personeelslid.

Pros:

De locatie van dit hotel is perfect: recht tegenover het station en ook met de auto prima bereikbaarheid. Op de hotelwebsite staat dat reserveren van de parkeergarage niet kan, maar via ParkBee kan het wel – en garage Antwerpen Zoo is een goed alternatief, voor 21 euro per 24 uur. Het hotel is verder prettig, met comfortabele bedden en opvallend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Bij binnenkomst stonden 37 mensen voor me te wachten om in te checken, en achter me werd de rij al snel langer. Het ging vrij vlot, maar het is geen prettige eerste indruk.
