Great location for the central train station which is an incredible building.
Bathroom was tired, crack in basin, minor mold or cracks in the bathroom ceiling.
The area around the hotel - streets and footpath are dirty and covered in cigarette butts. The front steps oof the hotel provide seating smokers who can't smoke inside so have to battle through the smoke to get into the non smoking hotel...
the view from the room was lovely
long queues to check in/ ask questions. Had an issue that wasn't resolved. Was told it would be passed onto the manager but wasn't. Staff unhelpful, told they couldn't help, directed back to booking.com. Booking.com later told us the hotel should have sorted.

De ligging is perfect, precies tegenover centraal station en dicht bij de centrum. Personeel is super vriendelijk en gastvrij, we mochten zelfs om 12.00 uur uitchecken. Hotel ziet er verder erg mooi uit.
De verdiepingen zijn een beetje donker, de badkamer heeft zeker een upgrade nodig, wat hier en daar lekte. Ondanks een kamer met een mooie view, was het wel gehorig aan de buitenkant.

Van zodra ik binnenkwam (grote drukte na Tomorrowland 26) merkte ik meteen hoe goed het hotel bezig is..

Het was gewoon echt vies in de kamer en de badkamer gewoon goor, zelf na 3x melding te hebben gemaakt bij de receptie!
