Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias y el hotel es bonito

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación de dos camas separadas pequeñas y la verdad es demasiado incómodo éramos dos personas y dormir así muy mal , el techo del baño tiene filtraciones y la pintura se está cayendo , necesitan hacerle mantenimiento . Aparte de eso un desayuno por 28 € por persona me parece una locura

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab viel Auswahl und das Personal war überaus freundlich.

Cons:

Der Zimmerbuchung von 2 Einzelbetten wurde nicht nach gekommen, aber wurde dann schnell gelöst.
Abends noch Alkohol kaufen im Shop, war nicht möglich da ein "Agevoucher" an der Selbstscankasse gefragt wurde. Die Dame an der Rezeption war scheinbar allein und wußte uns auch nicht zu helfen, da sie das System nicht kannte. Dann blieb es bei einem alkoholfreien Abend.
Die Dusche ist leider eine reine Regendusche.

Brilliant hotel and ideal base for exploring Antwerp
Pros:

We had a fabulous room overlooking the square. Receptionist was brilliant and very helpful. We were travelling by bike and we were able to store these in the underground car park.

Guete Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wunderbare Aussicht auf den schönsten Bahnhof den ich je gesehen habe. Gutes Frühstück

Convenient for us good location

Good location and good sized room

Cons:

Probably expected a nicer hotel for a Raddison and one of the staff members were not so helpful which was fine but treated us as if we were annoying, however the others were lovely so that made up for it.

Kamer prima maar personeel onvoldoende
Cons:

Het ophalen van kamersleutel duurde zeker 35 min omdat zaken niet klopten of systeem onduidelijk was. Als zaken niet goed gaan is het ook de charme om het effectief op te lossen.
Maar personeel was ‘knorrig’.

Het was fantastisch!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was royaal, met heel veel keuze. De locatie was voor ons ideaal om met het openbaar vervoer door de stad te pendelen. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Zelfs toen de bar na 23 uur gesloten bleek, werden we na een uitstap toch nog bediend!

Cons:

Er is helemaal niets tegen gevallen. De informatie van bol.com klopt helemaal. Een ontbijtzaal met uitzicht op het Centraal Station is iets wat niet elk hotel kan aanbieden.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Ik was heel verrast met betrekking tot mijn kamer. Als alleenreizeger ben ik niet gewend om een ruime kamer toegewezen te krijgen. Groot, heerlijk bed, badkamer met alles wat je nodig hebt.
Ontbijt was tiptop in orde.

Cons:

Niets viel tegen. Positief verrast.

Très belle chambre, spacieuse, très belle salle de bain avec douche et baignoire séparée.

Cons:

malheureusement, le matelas était beaucoup trop mou. J'ai eu du mal à dormir et me suis réveillée avec mal au dos.
