Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean. Restaurant and bar downstairs were nice. Gym was nice.

Cons:

The shower was so slippery that myself and my guest slipped and fell. When I altered the front desk staff, they said sorry and text the manager who never even came out and said anything to us about it. That’s very dangerous. I sustained a back injury and my guest cut himself. If that were to happen to an older person, they would be severely injured.

La réceptionniste était très stressée et nous a facturé trois fois en se trompant de mani. Au lieu de s'excuser ou de faire un geste commercial, elle n'arrêtait pas de dire que ce n'était pas de sa faute. La banque nous a remboursés après plusieurs jours, mais cette personne n'a pas été rassurante du tout.

Malgré une réservation pour trois (deux adultes et un enfant de 11 ans), la chambre n'était pas prête : nous avons dû aller chercher un troisième jeu de serviettes à la réception et le canapé-lit n'était pas prêt. Nous avons trouvé les draps et fait le lit nous-mêmes.
Franchement, je me demande encore si les draps ont été lavés après utilisation : ils n'étaient pas repassés. Nous devions nous coucher très tôt à cause d'un départ matinal, donc je n'ai pas demandé de nouveaux draps, mais j'aurais dû.

La douche était sale, avec des cheveux.

L'environnement était très bruyant (machine à glaçons sur le pallier et circulation).
