Pros:

Super breakfast buffet with unbeliavably wide choice of food, delicious ansd attentive service. Great bed in the room, proper gym, also a pool. Plus a good bar downstairs.

Cons:

Pool is OK, but it is located between floors, so no sun.

Great Hotel in Gatsu Jakarta
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights. It is a great hotel situated in the heart of Jakarta. The room is spacious and very nice. Ac and wifi work well and no issues with the room. Breakfast was also nice and tasty too.

Great hotel with a great staff
Pros:

Exceptional Stay in Jakarta – Comfort, Value & Outstanding Service
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto for 6 nights and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.
I booked an Executive Suite and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was a great size—very spacious, well laid out, and spotlessly clean throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, modern and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable place to unwind after a long day. The suite was also very reasonably priced for the level of comfort and quality, which made the stay even better value.
The buffet breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide and varied selection each morning, catering to different tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. It definitely set a great tone for the day.
The hotel facilities were also solid. The gym was well-equipped for a good workout, and the pool area was a nice spot to relax. Both were well-maintained and easy to access.
Getting around was very easy as well. I used Grab for transport everywhere—cars would conveniently pick me up directly from the lobby, and if I took a scooter, it was just as easy to hop on right in front of the building.
What really made the stay stand out, though, was the service. The team was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their warm hospitality made a big difference.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jakarta looking for comfort, value, and excellent service.

Nice hotel and Great Stay
Pros:

I'm a frequent traveller to Jakarta. This is the first time I have stayed here between 20 to 24 April. I am very impressed with the services rendered from the team, especially Zika and Angga. Both are very professional with the check in and check out process. I am so glad to get the room at 29th floor as I've always preferred high floor. And also glad to know the the whole team at White Rock Terrace, Nur, Sirus, Rio, Lana etc... Nur and Sirus have a great memory and always greeted me when I was there everyday. All of them are so friendly, cheerful, courteous and warm.

I've tried the new cocktail 'Pink Me Up' which is nice, and I love 'Negroni' which is my all-time favourite. It is perfectly done.

I'm also surprised that the Chicken Yakitori is so delicious, well-grilled. I've also tried the burger, sushi and ramen. Last but not least, they server great coffee.

Thumbs up for the excellent services!
