Loved LA. Wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Great location and very clean

Cons:

Booked and paid for an expensive room with the Hollywood view and got the “HO” as the rest was blocked by the SCIENTOLOGY sign. Ripped off. Very poor. Very noisy.
Rooftop bar and pool inaccessible because of private functions. These private functions created many drunk loud people that over ran the place.
No towels in room when we checked in, then took 40min to arrive when asked for.

Pros:

The staff were excellent, and the location was very convenient. Almost all of the appetizers we ordered by the pool were of excellent quality, which speaks highly of the chef. The hotel is very new, modern, and exceptionally clean, making it a great place to stay.

Cons:

The rooms are very small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase, and the addition of a chair and table felt unnecessary given the limited space. The $70 per night parking fee is outrageous. We used the Sixty Four Thirty Sunset car park right next to the hotel, which was super convenient. The bathroom soaps provided were of poor quality and left a strong soapy feeling even after washing for several minutes.

Overall nice hotel and would recommend for a short stay in Hollywood to get around the main sights.
Pros:

Modern hotel in a good location away from the main walk of fame but close enough in walking distance. Good connection to the hills and surrounding Hollywood area.

Cons:

Room was up on the fifth floor but was quite noisy from the traffic in the area.

Okayish but bit worth the money
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, plenty of shops, transport around. The room was clean.

Cons:

We unfortunately had a very small room by than what it looked like online. Even though it would be good for 1/2 nights it was noisy. They didn’t mention anything prior to the booking or at check-in that there would be an amenities fee of around £25 per night added on. (For water in the room, fresh towels and access to the pool?) which we had no option to pay at check out. This should have been clearly stated prior

Cons:

The hotel hosts roof parties with very loud music so forget about relaxing and sleeping early or grabbing a drink at the rooftop bar..

Hundreds of people may be attending which causes the elevator to be very busy and have longer wait time..

Another party was held at noon at the pool so you can also forget about using the pool..

The hotel does not even update when you are checking in..
