Very clean

Cons:

Website on booking said breakfast included, its not.
Guy at front desk by himself, took about 15 minutes to check in, even though I was 45 minutes past check in time

Very nice and convenient location but phone didn’t work and AC was leaking water.
Pros:

Very nice location and clean lobby and friendly staff.

Cons:

Our phone didn’t work so we weren’t able to contact the front desk. Our remote was missing. Our AC unit was leaking so it cause the floor by the door to have a puddle the whole time.

Pros:

All was good food was ok and staff were helpful

Cons:

Nobody told us about the noise from the goods trains passing by our window every hour sounding their horns until 6am which kept us awake most of the night

The breakfast was amazing. Really enjoyed the breakfast potatoes.

Cons:

I paid $10 for parking but when I came back after the concert there was no spots available. Either they sold more passes then spots or not everyone paid.

Staff was great, room was far less.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and great.location was close to my kids school.

Cons:

Moldy ceilings and wall? Wall trim laying on the floor, usb ports that didnt work, most of my lights flickered, dirty shower, and toilet lid was not secure.... for 184 last minute stay I expected allot better of a room.

snidaně byla hrozná, nebyla zde lžička ani nuž, na stolech chyběli utěrky, sačky na čaj nedostupné , smetana do kávy nebyla jen ochucena v kelímcich, pro kávu si musel člověk dojit jinam na jin misto než byla snídaně, za 18 USD jsem si představoval trošku servis, a jídlo na úrovni ale byla to hrůza od začátku do konce , miska na jogurt a cereálie nebyla, masova placka /karbenatek/spálený a vysušeny musel byt určitě starý z předchozího dne, francouzký toust studený okoralý, lituji že jsem byl u vas na snidani byla z 18 hotelu kde jsem na této cestě byl nejhorší ze všech , pokoj byl pěkný a čistý, hotel hlavně vestibul už byl horši v prostoru jídelny špinavý strop, o kus dál chyběla deska na stropu, Při ubytovaní nas recepčni zdělil že parkoviště je v budově kde zaplatíme 10 USD za parkování a mužeme projit chodbou z garaže do hotelu, ale zapoměl dodat že se dveře v10PM zamykají a musíte sejit do hotelu pšška ale to musíte najit i platici automat zaparkování protože ten je zamčeny takže z parkovaní sse protáhne na 35-40 minut

Cons:

We were traveling accross the country and had stayed in 6 other hotels with complimentary breakfast. We assumed that when details stated "breakfast" that meant it was complimentary also. We were startled when we were charged $18 per person for breakfast. Very misleading!!!!

Decent. Needed just for sleep and that was just what we got

Cons:

Originally overcharged me for my stay by almost $200, but once it was brought to their attention, it was taken care of properly and I was refunded that money. Couldn’t get into the back entrance at night and rang the doorbell to be let in multiple times and was never let in, so my friend and I had to walk all the way around the property to get into the hotel and staff told me that they even heard the doorbell go off, they just didn’t manage to even let us in.
