Exelent !!!
The view of the water, but you look over a plaza that has a white plastic event tent in and, therefore, distracting from the view.
Loud event music and conversation at fire pits into the night. Emphasis here is on events (the wedding was more impacting), not guests stay. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel (but are a short walk away), no valet parking, or luggage assistance. The staff were fine but seem generally distracted; I think that is the focus on event activities. They can charge the high rates because there is no other waterfront hotel in Kirkland.
I love the views and how relaxed I feel staying in the gracious rooms!
I just wish the gym had windows but it is a well equipped gym!
Well located. Nice room. Bathrooms need renovations. Quiet. Amenities are lacking. No place to get an afternoon glass of wine. No place to have breakfast. Except for delivery from nearby restaurant. No valet to park car. $25 to self park. No bellman. Told they had distilled water. Then no they didn’t. Told I could walk 15 mins to buy it. Next morning…sorry…yes we have it. Too late. This used to be a high end hotel. It has slipped…a lot. What is going on? Not cheap.
No breakfast in my booking
Check the water drain in sink and bathroom
The doors under the coffee machine need stoppers

The breakfast across the parking circle was very nice and the front desk was helpful finding info on the Husky football tailgate.
There was not a small flyer for the 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance of hotel.
The lication, the staff
The give whater only once at checkin after no botle during the stay
Very comfortable. Parking is reasonable. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Having a water bottle filling station and bagged ice available was definitely a plus! I plan to stay here again!
The resort fee. We were just there for an overnight, it would be nice if this were optional. I know a lot of hotels are adding this now but....
