Great staff, location- very pleasant stay
Pros:

Had a short stay made perfect. Reception staff were attentive, welcoming and very helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast options were fantastic and the scene from the restaurant was spot on, with views to the park. Location is perfect for travel to city centre with great transport links. Would recommend again.

Ideal für die Durchreise.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut zusammengestellt. Ausreichende Mengen, Kaffee, Tee, Säfte, Müslis, alles vorhanden. Personal wurde in ausreichendem Maße bereitgestellt. Die Empfangsdame war freundlich und kompetent, hatte stets alles im Blick.

Cons:

Das Hotel war als hundezulässig ausgewiesen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass keine Hunde im gesamten Speiseraum zum Frühstück zugelassen waren. Bei allem Verständnis für die Befindlichkeiten anderer Gäste habe ich als erfahrender Hotelgänger Lösungen in anderen Häusern erfahren, welche die Begleitung von Hunden dort zugelassen hat. Unser ansonsten ruhiges Tier kann wg. Trennungsangst nicht allein in einem fremden Zimmer bleiben. Somit konnte ich nicht gemeinsam mit der Familie frühstücken. Merke: "Hunde erlaubt" bedeutet nicht gleich "Hundefreundlich".
Zudem sind die Gänge sehr hellhörig. Manche Gäste, die des morgens von ihrer Tour zurückkommen konnten sich offenbar nicht vorstellen, dass um 05:00 noch Gäste schliefen. Die Zimmer sind auf diesen Umstand nicht geräuschdämmend vorbereitet.
Die Distanz zum Zentrum wäre eigentlich tolerierbar, aber da Hamburg gefühlt komplett zur Strassenbaustelle umgewidmet war (09/2026), könnte sich die Entfernung von Hamburg City Nord nach Hamburg Süd zum Argument entwickeln.

Goed bevallen en zou zeker weer boeken.
Pros:

Geen ontbijt genuttigd.
Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Locatie voor mij perfect.
Kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Alles ziet er verzorgd uit.
Matras is goed, maar ondersteuning kan beter.

Cons:

De hoogte van de wasbak in de badkamer is erg laag. Zelfs voor personen van 1.60mtr was de wasbak te laag.
De badkamer ziet er netjes en modern uit, maar de doucheruimte vind ik wat aan de kleine kant en plafond is laag waardoor je weinig ruimte hebt voor je armen om te bewegen.
