I loved it.
Pros:

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a high end part of Tokyo so it's perfect for shopping. It's also near the business district, so I could walk to my companies workspace in the morning.

Cons:

Although the restaurant at the hotel served excellent food for breakfast, it was very expensive. After my stay at this hotel for work, I remained in Japan for an extra 9 days as a tourist. I travelled quite a bit and most of the hotels where I stayed offered free breakfast. I think the hotel could at least offer some type of breakfast rebate for their customers.

Great location in Ginza, kind staff and very clean hotel!
Pros:

Wonderful location in Ginza, walkable to many shops and restaurants. Very clean and staff was very kind. The breakfast was amazing -though we didn't eat there every morning.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a dresser for clothes, instead of rummaging through a suitcase.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, para os padrões japoneses o quarto tem um tamanho bom (um dos lados cama ficava grudado na parede), o banheiro é pequeno também, mas no Japão é o tamanho normal. Café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza excelente.

A top quality stay in a great location
Pros:

We had a super location close to shops, restaurants and train. It was a luxury hotel and provided all we needed. They have a gorgeous onsen and you could check how busy it was on your tv screen so I actually had it to myself the day I used it. They had an efficient bag forwarding service at the reception and were very helpful. They also have a laundry room but it was hard to get a free machine. It was popular!!

Cons:

They could have done with a few more washing machines and dryers. But no issues -a beautiful hotel.
