Good stay at the hotel
Pros:

Very good location, attentive staff, good and clean room.
Also this was our honeymoon and they made us towel swans and it was very cute!

Cons:

The pillows were not so good but manageable

Cons:

No indoor slippers, only public bath slippers. I was traveling alone, and the reception told me I had 3 beds. I asked why, since I was checking in at midnight. So a room for myself, no room for my luggage, and I slept on the corner of the last bed by the window with zero space. Lastly, I had an important meeting until 3pm I had to check out by 11am with no flexibility. In turn, my meeting started at 720am, so checkout was 6am, and my flight wasn't until 1am that evening. No room, which I understood, but no flexibility to use the public bath. I had to print a document, scan it, and this took over 30 minutes, with issues again at 6:30 a.m. Sorry, we can't scan it to you because of the hotel's policy.

I truly only stay for the scent, but this will be my last time. I have had much more incredible service at other Mitsui Garden hotels.

快適
Pros:

とてもキレイでスタッフの方もとても丁寧でした。
ショッピングで歩き疲れましたが、大浴場で疲れもとれます。
朝食も充実してて美味しかったです。

Cons:

ロビーのトイレの照明が暗すぎます。
メイク直ししたかったのですが、あまりにも暗くて出来ませんでした。

The room is clean, spacious and location very good.

Just the staff so so and check out time 11am.. maybe majority of the hotels but the way the handle could be better.

Pros:

Great hotel that was located around the corner of a metro line, shopping & restaurants
The staff were super friendly & did their best with communicating with us in English due to our limited Japanese. Facilities were sufficient & comfortable that covered what we needed.

Cons:

Just the pillows as I'm back & side sleeper

Great Stay
Pros:

Great location and very helpful, friendly staff. The onsen was decent, and I loved the comfortable bed and the nice pajamas provided. Everything was kept very clean throughout our stay. The luggage delivery service was also very convenient and worked really well. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons:

A few small improvements could make the experience even better. A Nespresso machine in the room would be a nice addition, and it would also be great to have some basic facial cleansing products among the amenities.
