Pros:

What a lovely room we had! Such great people working at reception, extremely friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Very convenient base from which to explore Crete.
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a superb location overlooking the old harbour. Hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. A 24 hour front desk was invaluable, given our flight delays with us arriving at the hotel at 1:30am.
The buffet breakfast was excellent and well presented. The highlight of the hotel is the roof top restaurant with an amazing view over the harbour and the Venetian fort. The restaurant menu was very good and the staff provided excellent service. With such an in-house venue, there was no need to venture further afield for an evening meal after a long day out. Off site parking was available nearby for a very reasonable price.

Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und Sonderwünsche wurde umgehend erfüllt! Das Upgrade auf das Zimmer im letzten Stock mit Blick auf den Hafen war der absolute Hammer! Das Frühstücksbuffet war richtig umfangreich und es hat auch alles sehr gut geschmeckt.

Pros:

Le style de la chambre en forme bateau, le balcon avec vue sur la forteresse, la belle literie, le restaurant roof-top

Cons:

Le bruit du décollage des avions de Heraklion, mais ceci est le cas pour tous les établissements du centre ville

Pros:

Top floor sea view balcony was amazing, spent so much of the in hotel time sitting outside, staff were very efficient and friendly, very large shower and the soundproof doors and blue privacy tint on windows, breakfast was very accommodations for vegan options available

Cons:

Rooms a little dated and could do with updating especially the walls. No parking at hotel , they do have an agreement with local parking garage but you still have to drive there and hope it’s not full.
