Tolles Hotel mit leckerem Frühstücksbüffet und wunderschöner Lage in der City von Köln!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr lecker und umfangreich. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem wunderschön an einem See und dem Stadtwald gelegen. Das tolle es ist eines der wenigen Hotels in Köln mit einem Parkplatz und nicht mit einer Tiefgarage. Das war der Hauptgrund weshalb wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben, da wir auf der Durchreise waren und einen Radständer hinten drauf hatten. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend und schön für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas klein und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt auch okay. Im Bad wurde nicht ganz so gut gereinigt, man hat noch Zahnpasta vom Vorgänger gesehen. Das Spannbetttuch hatte auch einen Fleck, der wohl nicht mehr rausging. Aber trotz allem würden wir dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels am Park mit See sowie die günstig gelegenen Verkehrsanbindungen der Straßenbahnen und Busse kann besser nicht sein.

Das Zimmer war gut, wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen, per Aufpreis ausgestattet mit wunderbarem Seeblick! Angenehm waren Kaffeemaschine und Wasserflasche im Zimmer. Das Bad war in Ordnung, das Frühstück wirklich sehr gut und reichhaltig, auch gut präsentiert. Die Hotelrezeption handelte angemessen sachlich, freundlich und schnell.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist nur mit Aufpreis zu haben. Falls man sich ganztägig aufhalten möchte: Kaffeezeit und Abendessen sind nicht empfehlenswert. Bei gutem Wetter macht das Sitzen auf der Terrasse am See jedoch alles wett.

Rundum schönes, sauberes, gepflegtes Hotel das zwar schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, das im Bad auffällt. Aber

Die Lage, der Blick hinter das Hotel (See und Park), die Terrasse, das sehr freundliche und sehr bemühte Personal.

Cons:

Das es leider kein Familienzimmer/ Zimmer mit Verbindungstür trotz vorheriger Rücksprache und beim einchecken versprochenem Verbindungszimmer geworden ist sondern „nur“ zwei nebeneinander liegende Doppelzimmer.
Schade bei einem Aufenthalt von 6 Nächten mit Kindern und vorherigen erfragen und Zusage bei einchecken.
