Confortevole oasi di tranquillità
Pros:

Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta. La struttura si trova a mezz'ora scarsa dal centro, molto ben collegata con vari mezzi pubblici (tram e bus, sicuri e tranquilli sia di giorno che la sera tarda). La grande terrazza affacciata sul lago e collegata al parco rende la location davvero speciale (ci vivono oche canadesi, anatre e cigni, ma la notte non sono fonte di rumore tanto quanto segnalato in certe recensioni; anche se fosse, al bisogno basta chiudere la finestra e accendere l'aria condizionata).

Cons:

Il vetro della doccia (integrata nella vasca da bagno) non è fisso e muovendosi allaga il bagno. Avevamo chiesto un letto matrimoniale, ma erano due letti da una piazza e mezza appoggiati, non il massimo per una coppia (sembra impossibile trovare veri letti matrimoniali negli hotel tedeschi). Un lenzuolo aveva macchie gialle in più punti. Il ristorante dell'albergo è comodo ma ha prezzi esagerati.

Pros:

Das Rezeptionspersonal und auch die anderen Angestellten des Hotels waren stets ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück hat mir ausgezeichnet gefallen und die Lage ist sehr gut mit tollem Ausblick und gut erreichbar von der City aus. Ich habe sehr schöne Tage im Hotel verbracht.

Das Frühstück habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen, da es mir mit beinahe 25 Euro leider zu teuer war (brauche morgens nur einen Kaffee und ein bisschen Obst mit Joghurt o.Ä.).

Pros:

The location was ideal for our stay, and the park next door is our favorite spot in Cologne. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel; the chef is clearly very talented. Overall, it is a quiet and beautiful environment.

Upon entering the room, we noticed the sink wasn't properly cleaned, as there was hair left from the previous guest. That said, the staff responded immediately, offered a sincere apology, and resolved the issue promptly.

Schöne Aussicht auf den Park und Gute Einrichtung. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert. Große Auswahl und super Qualität.

Cons:

Parkplatz musste für den Tag mit 16 € zusätzlich bezahlt werden.

Hotel gut, Lage für Konzert im Stadion sehr gut, personelle Ausstattung nach dem BAP Konzert verbesserungsfähig.
Cons:

Abends an der Bar hat es sehr lange gedauert bis es ein Getränk gab. Nach dem BAP Konzert war ein großer Andrang und die Bar unterbesetzt.
