Functional, bed for the night, expensive.
Pros:

Parking, unloading, getting to my room, concierge was excellent, front desk same. Given that this was my most expensive stay at a hotel ever it's what I would have expected.

Cons:

The restaurant food was dreadful. The waiters were attentive to the point of obsequiousness. The food was mediocre and over priced. e.g quantity over quality the flatbread. My initial debacle with the AI booking system which tried to send me to a different hotel. The anonymous, soulless decor and the cost.

It looked like a very nice hotel our particular room had some issues
Pros:

Seemed to have a lot of activity to be a part of, but we were only there one night, so we were limited on time

Cons:

Our room number had fallen off and was laying on the ground, the bathtub had the cheap bath mat and the temp in the shower was hard to figure out. Spending as much as we did for the night, it seemed like the room had some aging issues.

Cons:

the hotel cancelled my reservation without my approval after I called to shorten my stay by a day (the hotel staff had confirmed the night before that it was ok to shorten my stay, but got an email the next day saying my reservation was canceled). When I called back to see why my reservation was cancelled, the front desk guy was not helpful and blamed it on booking.com and asked me to take it up with them. This kind of response is unacceptable and jeopardized my entire trip.
