Categories

Cleanliness
8
Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms and one explicitly said 'Tiszta a hely', but others asked for better cleanliness and one stay had the room not refreshed; some facilities noted as older.
Service
9.3
Consistently praised: staff described as very friendly and helpful, reception moved guests to quieter rooms, good reception hours and overall helpfulness noted in multiple reviews.
Location
9.5
Very strong: repeatedly highlighted as a strategic/ideal location close to Buda Castle and Budapest Déli station, convenient for sightseeing and transport.
Room Quality
7.2
Several negative comments: rooms described as dated, small/old-fashioned bathrooms, uncomfortable beds and hard/small pillows, and noise from street/restaurant affecting sleep.
Amenities
7.6
Mixed: mentions of useful touches (water dispenser, parking), but also lift intermittently unresponsive, older facilities and a general call for a refresh.
Value for Money
7.5
Some felt the stay was acceptable for business/short trips, but complaints about parking charges, pet surcharges and not receiving a preferred view reduced perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.1
Generally strong: breakfast repeatedly praised as varied, fresh and abundant; a few noted it was crowded at peak times or merely 'okay'.
Overall Experience
9
Overall positive impression due to location, staff and breakfast and attractive design, though occasional significant noise and dated rooms led to mixed individual experiences.

Gut
Pros:

Sauber, gute Lage , gutes Preis leistungs Verhältnis

Cons:

Raport calitate pret nesatisfacator.
Pros:

A fost aproape de metrou, aproape de centru, patul confortabil.

Cons:

Tetszett a dizájn.

Cons:

A szobák berendezése, kényelmes ágyak. Tisztaság.
A reggeli, bőséges és finom. A közös terek berendezéseit imadom, a színeket és a bútorokat is.
Esti elő hangulatos zene.

Cons:

Egyedül a kávé nem ízlett.
Valamint a. Lift néha nem reagált.

Pros:

The reception staff were lovely and, for our last night, moved us to a room away from the noise so we could get some rest. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The rooms are dated, the bathroom is very small and old-fashioned, the bed is terrible, and the pillows are incredibly small and hard. On the first floor, you can hear the chairs from the restaurant until late at night, and the room doors are slammed shut so loudly that you wake up every single time. An unpleasant experience overall.
