it had a safe. i am in france now and paying as much money for a room with no secure storage for valuables. they gave me late checkout one hour.

key card is not opening the door. Reported at front desk multiple times and seems no one care. Disappointed the way this issue has been handled .
The cleaning crew did great with the rooms. The housekeepers do a phenomenal job.
We checked in to our room after midnight, unpacked and realized half the carpet was soaked. We were then switch to a smaller room for the next three nights and were only offered a $60 credit because we’re not a rewards member. We were very disappointed with the lack of effort.
