Cons:

The room was not what I expected when I arrived. It didn’t feel fully clean, and the environment made me uncomfortable and unsafe staying there. Because of this, I checked out early the same night instead of completing my stay. I’m requesting a refund based on the condition of the room and the fact that I could not remain there due to safety and comfort concerns.

Pros:

The TV didnt work. Had to go back and forth to the front office trying different TV remotes. The adjacent room connecting to my room, the door lock was broken (very scary). Had to change rooms, but the key did work. I think the guy remotely to activate. The employee working the front office was very nice and professional though

I couldn’t check in. No one was at the desk. I waited, called and rang the bell. Nothing for 20 minutes. Had to go somewhere else with my family at 2am. They still had the nerve to charge my card! I have messaged them and got no response.

Pros:

The room the tub and bathroom was dirty. Hot tub didn’t work bathtub looked like it was in a vacant house. The whole room should be burnt. I want my money back.
