Great stay at LXR, team very helpful & friendly, in particular Christopher & Drake in valet parking who helped us fit excessive luggage into the trunk to allow for a comfortable drive

My recent stay at the Cameo Beverly Hills was perfection. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was impeccable, striking that rare balance of being attentive and warm without being intrusive.
My room was lovely; it was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable.

All of the staff was friendly and welcoming.

If you are looking for a refined, comfortable, and memorable stay in the heart of the city, I cannot recommend the Cameo enough.

Such a great experience everyone was so kind and friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the service is great and Eric Sam and Drake were amazing with getting us our car and helping us load our luggage and just great service so thank you.!

I was pleasantly surprised with the beautifully remodeled hotel as well as the warm professionalism of the staff! Our concierge, Chelsea, was outstanding and answered so many needs during our stay.

Recently stayed here for a staycation and loved the hotel! Staff was nice and the lobby areas and room were clean. We especially appreciated Quintel with valet! Traveling with a baby and luggage can be difficult, but he helped us seamlessly get in and out in a matter of time. Thank you Q!

Overall experience to the hotel was great. What stood out and made it memorable for me was Joshlyn at Zampo restaurant. It was a joy watching her work because she had a great attitude always had a genuine big smile and a great work ethic, always busy as a host but also quick to bus and clean tables without hesitation. Oduwaw at front desk who checked us in and checked us out was also very helpful. Q and the rest of the valet was also great . Thank you all

I’ve been coming to this property for years. I remember when they started renovations and I was originally reluctant to hear there would be construction on the property. However, now that the renovations are fully complete, I had the privilege of experiencing the newly renovated rooms and luxurious amenities, thus falling in love with the place all over again. Guillermo from valet and Jerin at the front desk showed us the highest levels of hospitality. I can’t wait to come and stay with the Cameo again.

Wow wow wow- this hotel is luxury on another level.

Even before we arrived they were courteous to message and understand our requirements meeting the need of an early check in from our previous hotel.

We were greeted with champagne on arrival and upgraded to a room that had a view of the Hollywood sign.

The room was immaculate. The biggest most comfortable bed we have ever experienced with complimentary robes, balcony with seating and bathroom with his and hers sinks.

The hotel offered a turn down service each evening and even served chocolate covered strawberries with a small bottle of fizz for our anniversary. This was complimentary and a lovely attentive touch.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but each morning there was tea and coffee available in the lobby which was lovely to take to start our day.

The hotel is located at the start of Beverwill
Drive and allows you to walk just 15 minutes up the streets of Beverly Hills where you will find the most wonderful restaurants that lead to the famous rodeo drive. There is also a bus stop outside that will lead you to the iconic sites of Hollywood walk of fame and Santa Monica.

We were unable to use the pool on site however they gave us access to the nearby Marriott which was a great way to unwind and finish a day of exploring.

If you are looking for luxury in a great location this is the spot for you.

So let me just say — this is by far one of my favorite Hilton properties in California! The property itself radiates luxurious history and elegance. Centrally located in Beverly Hills, it’s a quick and convenient Uber or Lyft ride to anywhere you want to go.

When you walk into the room, you’re greeted by a beautifully bright and inviting space. The room was immaculate, and we were welcomed with sweet treats and complimentary baked goods, aesthetically displayed on a decorative plate — such a thoughtful touch!

The staff were also OUTSTANDING.

Julia from Zampo was incredibly delightful and helpful with my phone order. I woke up feeling and sounding like death, and she graciously offered to have my order brought up for my husband and me to enjoy. She showed such compassion, even though it was not something the restaurant normally does. Her kindness truly reflects what the Hilton brand stands for.

Lastly, I absolutely adore Guillermo, the bellhop. He was kind, careful, and incredibly helpful with our belongings. We were attending the Space Force Ball and had formal attire and other items with us. He didn’t just throw our things onto the cart or back into the car (he helped us twice!) — he handled everything as though it were his own belongings.

And Drake from valet was also so kind and helpful!

I had a very good stay overall. As a Diamond member I was upgraded on arrival and welcomed with a glass of champagne, which set the tone perfectly. The room was recently renovated, beautifully designed, and had a real luxury feel throughout.

Breakfast was excellent — honestly one of the best I’ve experienced at an LXR property, with a strong selection and high quality throughout.

If I’m being picky, the only downside was the service in the drinks reception area and around the pool in the evenings. On a few occasions we had to ask multiple times for drinks, and there wasn’t much proactive table service. With automatic gratuities included, it did feel like there was less incentive for attentive service in that area compared to the rest of the hotel.

That said, this did not take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay, and I would happily return.

A real highlight was the valet team — especially Christopher and Danny. They were outstanding and incredibly friendly, and it was great to meet a fellow Irishman as part of such a professional and welcoming team.

Jackson, Guillermo, and Erick were provided great valet service when checking out at Cameo Beverly Hills. The maintenance guys were also great helping fix the AC in my room. I can say the staff members seem to care about their guests, and were genuinely friendly and helpful.

Kerin Odowa at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure I would have an excellent experience!!!

I normally stay at the Fairmont century City but now the Cameo will be my century city hotel

Rooms are spacious, great design, nice pool, location is convenient.
