Die Lage nahe an der offenen Drogenszene ist unglücklich.
The hotel is nice. The front desk staff were friendly. The public areas were clean on the main floor, all hallways and rooms were clean. There was a continental breakfast included that was reasonable well stocked.
When I searched for a place to stay I thought the location was good, downtown within walking distance of the Forks park area and that is all true, but it is also just on the edge of more questionable area. There were plenty of homeless or drug dependent people on the surrounding streets pretty close by. The Hotel and staff was set up to handle this as safely as possible with key card entrances and good sightlines to reception, so I think they did what they could do. It is also very close to the arena which would be great for sports fans.

needs black out curtains. also the bed spread cover is awful - i really very much dislike the feel of it, its very rough and unpleasant.
a longer breakfast time would be nice - they start closing the doors 15-20 minutes before ending & it’s super busy and becomes more squishy and uncomfortable

Wir sind absolut begeistert von diesem Hotel und dem fantastischen Service! Leider konnten wir unsere gebuchte Übernachtung am 26 Juli wegen eines spontanen Zugausfalls nicht wie geplant antreten. Das Rezeptionsteam war unglaublich verständnisvoll, entgegenkommend und unkompliziert: Wir durften die verpasste Nacht ohne Probleme auf nach unserer Rückreise umbuchen. There is no hot "breakfast included" if you are vegetarian or don't eat pork, so I see this as false advertising/unfair advantage for meat-eating guests. The only options are cold cereal and toast. No protein options if you can't eat western omelettes. They should at least offer plain eggs. Not everything has to have meat in it. Travellers who eat meat won't even notice if the omelet was vegetarian.
