Great place to stay in downtown
Pros:

We only stayed for two nights, but it was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and in an excellent downtown location with restaurants, shopping, and attractions all within walking distance. We rarely needed transportation, as everything was conveniently close by.

The housekeeping team was friendly, hardworking, and did a wonderful job. The reception staff were also welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Having worked with the public myself, I know that sometimes staff have to deal with difficult guests, and I just wanted to say that they handled everything with patience and professionalism.

Overall, this is a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and explore on foot. Comfortable, convenient, and supported by a team that clearly works hard to make guests feel welcome.

Pros:

It was clean and the view was great. Offered breakfast and 24/7 coffee.

Cons:

This was advertised as a standard king size bed which in their eyes is considered a potential king size bed, if available but this is not explained on the site when we book it. Plus having to pay for parking is absolutely insane. Never staying there again. Plus they charged me more than what I was supposed to pay.
