Front desk very responsive and even loaned us umbrellas but room was not cleaned completely or beds
Pros:

Dog next door started barking at 7:30 on our morning to sleep in. Management could not locate owner for 2 hours of constant barking.

Cons:

Will request a floor with no dogs .. didn’t realize it was going to be an issue

Reliable, clean, what you expect.
Pros:

It’s a typical Hilton property, with some additional historic displays about the Biltmore nearby. There was an indoor pool, which we did not get to try. We arrived in the evening and the person at the check-in counter gave us a couple of recommendations for dinner.

Cons:

The property is close to a busy road, so not great for walking, especially with kids. Breakfast was very basic, the potatoes were way over-spiced.

The room serves it’s purpose, but unlikely will return for future vists
Pros:

Close to downtown Asheville

Cons:

There was only one working elevator which was on the opposite end of the hall from our hotel room. Being that our room was on the 4th floor, wasn’t ideal to take the stairs. The wait for the working elevator took ridiculously long. Once on the 4th floor, had to walk to the complete opposite end of the floor yet again. The room was as clean as it could be I suppose, but the building is outdated and desperate need of renovation.

We love this hotel!
Pros:

Our overall experience was first class.
The rooms were spotless, the staff was helpful and friendly, and our breakfast was delicious.
Cedric, our breakfast server, was the best!
He suggested we try one of their hot sauces that are made in Asheville. We loved it, and bought 2!
Perfect location for visiting the Biltmore mansion, and walking distance to Biltmore Village (which is still recovering from the 2024 hurricane).
