We stay in this hotel every year 2 times , this hotel is one of the most expensive hotel on that area . On check in they gave us a room in sixth floor which was not nice at all, we asked reception person to change the room , she said she cannot , she can only upgrade our room with 240 euros extra up charge , unfortunately in the end we had to pay extra money
Reception person was not helpful at all , she did not care about customer satisfaction

O quarto situado no quinto andar com vista para a Tour Eiffel tinha uma pequena varanda bastante agradável e a proximidade dos Champs Elisees facilitou as deslocações.

Sala de pequeno almoço minúscula, facto do qual já tinha conhecimento atentos os comentários inseridos por outros hóspedes, mas in loco torna-se impressionante...a solução foi tomar o pequeno almoço entre as 8 e as 8,30...

Very clean quiet and safe.
Some staff members were not happy to help. They accused me of taking a bottle of champagne and I never touched their beverages in the fridge. I had to make space for my store bought items as the fridge was small with all of their drinks. There is no microwave and they charge you if you touch anything they have in their tiny fridge. The are was so safe and pleasant. Plenty places to eat. I would definitely stay in the 8th arr. but I would try a different hotel on my next visit.
