Die Lage war gut das war es aber auch.

Cons:

Für den Preis erwarte ich ein sauberes und ganzes Zimmer. Die Möbel Warenextrem in die Jahre gekommen und sahen aus als wären kleine Mäuse an den Möbeln gewesen. Bei 200 Euro die Nacht erwarte ich ein Zimmer das auch mal Modernisierung gesehen hat. Dies war mein zweiter Besuch bei der Kette ich werde nun nie wieder Mercure buchen. Preise für parken und Frühstück sind einfach unverschämt.

La camera poteva essere adeguata ad un 4 stelle, quando è stato costruito o inaugurato, dopo di che non hanno aggiornato nulla, compresa la moquette.
Il problema più grande del mio soggiorno è stato quello che hanno dato la mia camera anche ad un’altra persona che alle 23,00 si è presentato in camera. È stata una brutta esperienza!!
La mattina dopo al mio rientro dalla colazione mi accorgo che avevano cancellato la mia chiave, quindi sono dovuto tornare in reception per farmela riattivare.

Leider enttäuschend... Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett. Zimmer mal schlecht, mal gut.

Die Lage war Ok, nahe zur Innenstadt. Personal an der Rezeption auch sehr nett. Die haben Sich bemüht, obwohl das Hotel einige an Schwachstellen hat.

Cons:

Selten bin ich von einem Hotel so enttäuscht.
4 Nächte Aufenthalt, 3 Zimmer gewechselt. - erstes Zimmer, entsprach gar nicht einem Zimmer, es war sehr, sehr klein, einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Das Bad kam mir vor wie auf der Fähre - so klein und verwinkelt empfand ich es. Habe ich von Anfang an NEIN gesagt, da bleibe ich nicht. - Das 2. Zimmer, da hat die ganze Nacht die Heizung ein unausstehliches Geräusch gemacht. (Wassergeräusch). Das Zimmer war aber Ok. Eine etwas durchgelegene Matratze, aber sie war noch ok. Nach Beschwerde habe ich ein neues Zimmer bekommen, das 3. Zimmer. Dieses Zimmer war in Ordnung. Ein gescheites Bett, eine gute Matratze. Ich habe gut geschlafen.

Ich entdecke ein Schrank - Minibar" - die es aber nicht mehr gibt. Es war ein Schrank voller Staub und etwas Papier da drinnen. Rezeption meinte das sollte abgesperrt sein, war es aber nicht. Hab den zugemacht, hat mich nicht weiter gestört, ist inzwischen wahrscheinlich wieder abgesperrt.

Was ich aber frech fand...Housekeeping. Mir ist ein Glas runtergefallen. Habe es in der Früh gemeldet. Nach einem langen Arbeitstag kommst zurück im Hotel und siehe da... Bett gemacht, neues Glass hingestellt....und die Glasscherben liegen aber noch alle da auf dem Fußboden. Ich war wirklich sauer, genervt und enttäuscht. 4 Sterne Hotel mit Erwartungen, aber so ein holpriger Aufenthalt hatte ich noch nie. Und ich bin ein Gast, der nicht viel herummeckert. Ich will ein sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer und gutes Bett. Soviel.

PS. Auf andere Seiten wurde meine Bewertung gelöscht, doch die Bewertung ist objektiv. Das Hotel hat vieles zu verbessern.
