The staff was very kind and polite and helping us with our stay. But the breakfast.
Pros:

That it was located in a good spot to see the cathedral, had nice restaurants and shopping around the location

Cons:

You would think for the price that you pay per night that the building would’ve been very high-end, but there are many buildings surrounding the hotel that are in very poor shape. The breakfast was not what I expected for how much money you spend per night.

Niesamowicie przyjazny personel, wyjątkowo serdeczne przywitanie, wszystkie informacje były przydatne, zawsze można było się zwrócić z pytanie i dostało się szybką i kompletną odpowiedź. Podziękowania dla Pana Jorge, najlepszy recepcjonista, którego spotkaliśmy w podróży! Bardzo sympatyczny Pan Antonio oraz wiele innych pracowników, którzy są wyjątkowo pomocni, życzliwi, uśmiechnięci. Dzięki takim osobom chętnie polecimy hotel innym!
Śniadania wspaniałe! Różnorodność, jakość - super! Pokój czysty, wygodny, dla psa czekało posłanie, upominek, poczęstunek. Dodatkowy plus za zniżkę na parkingu podziemnym.

New hotel . Had a relaxing smell when you entered the lobby. Parking below hotel was very good. Close to gothic quarter.subway at doorstep.
