Had trouble breathing in the room because of the odor

i was on the first floor

Cons:

did not clean my room or bed linings (was there4days)rusted tub… 2hr checkin blamed it on booking.com.. but it was there fault after all… took 2hours to finally get in our room we paid for back in april in full…

Pros:

The location was great near alot of restaurants and shops right off the highway

Cons:

I had to keep going down for key because my would not unlock the guy up front on my last night had to use some handheld machine to get it to work and shower did not work at all.

Pros:

It was a place to sleep.

Cons:

The toilet clogged within 10 minutes if being there. Was given a plunger and 2 extra towels, front desk acted like he knew nothing. A lot of locked doors no good way to get up the stairs. The elevator is sketchy. The water was not hot and the shower leaked all the time

Pros:

Looked like the room wasnt cleaned after the last person left.

Cons:

No towels, toilet unclean, hair in shower. Had to switch rooms to another filthy room. It was terrible

Pros:

The location was excellent and the room was comfortable. Staff were very nice.

Cons:

Overall quality of the hotel could be better. Free breakfast was mainly just coffee. Linens were poor quality.
