The front desk staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly.
My room was very clean and comfortable.
There are these 2 female employees, one 'on the clock', in and out of the kitchen at breakfast and one it appears in housekeeping. They are less than friendly and somewhat disruptive, at breakfast.
The Jacuzzi rarely works and when it is, it's full of children.
The Staff weren't all up in my business and I was able to relax for once. Thank you!

The staff was decent. Jasper in particular was very nice and helpful.

The room was very small and dated. They literally have dirty popcorn ceilings. Peeling overlaid paneling in the elevators. The carpets are filthy in the hallways. It smelled musty throughout the entire property. The bed felt like an elephant had sat in the middle as it had a huge dip in the middle and was completely worn out!
The area is very dilapidated. Not an amazing part of town but it is close to the 14 freeway. I will definitely never go back to this hotel! There are several other options nearby, just a few blocks away that were our newer and in a better location. There appeared to be a lot of unusual activity happening at this hotel. Nefarious in nature. The scent of pot smoke was a prominent one once you stepped outside.
The sliding door to the balcony had a stick in the door and ripped screens. And the actual sitting area outside was filthy gravel and trash everywhere.
The TV did not work in the room however, a staff member named Jasper quickly fixed it and was very nice.
Just a completely worn down dirty property in need of a huge refresh. Definitely not my idea of a decent hotel.
