Pros:

The staff was exceptional, from the front desk service to the cleaning service, loved having the bathroom and a half in the suite.

Cons:

The suites should have microwaves!

Il bagno comodo e pulito.

Purtroppo c'era cattivo odore nella stanza e le finestre erano sigillate e non si potevano aprire per arieggiare un pò.
La biancheria del letto era buca, pulita ma bucata.

Was not a good day at all no elevators and no showers was the worst. I had to walk upstairs having flights.

Had major power outages couldn't use elevators couldn't shower had a hard time sleeping because of the power outages no elevator use no hot water cold showers

Beautiful room, friendly staff and great location!
Pros:

The room was lovely and large. Beautiful bathroom. Full size refrigerator and mini kitchen.

Cons:

Our room was on the southern side of the property, close to the train tracks and bright and early a very long train woke us up. I think the northern tower would be quieter.

A very good value for the price. First class hotel casino.
Pros:

A very nice casino and the hotel rooms were first class. Very nice restaurants and very helpful staff.

Cons:

The price was a bit high, but adequate considering it was one of the nicer casinos in Reno

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig: Sowohl die Fahrstulgeräusche sind über mehrere Zimmer hörbar, als auch die Gespräche und Geräusche aus den Nebenzimmern.
