Can’t wait to go back: J and its staff are a delight.
Pros:

Excellent yogurt parfait and egg scramble.
Vince (an absolute prince) at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated his help and guidance.

Cons:

The center tiles’ grout in the shower could benefit from some mold removal and the tub drained slowly. Otherwise, room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable.

Not impressed
Pros:

Why aren’t there any fans in the bathroom? Why are there not any glass cups in the room? Cheap little plastic cups and I’m paying $200 a night for a room that’s cheap. The picture is not true. We did not have that seating arrangement in our room. We had two very uncomfortable chairs to sit in. The bed was hard. The bed pillows were way too big. If I didn’t bring my own pillow, I would not have had a pillow. The amount of money I paid I should have the comforts of Home. Also not one couch or chair to sit in in the lobby when there was plenty of open space for furniture.

Cons:

The accommodations could’ve been much better. Two comfortable chairs to sit in in the room with glass cups should be mandatory. The bathroom had a nice remodel, but there’s no fan to eliminate the steam and the funk. The bed pillows were so huge. No one can use them. They look like they’re strictly for looks. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed only sheets and a duvet. I was cold in the night, even without the loud air conditioner on.

Cons:

I was unhappy that Valet was unavailable. I called in advanve before making my reservation, was advised Valet was available. I will say staff was very kind and collected my bags for me upon arrival and departure.

The location is very good for walking to entertainment venues. The restaurant has been a good experience.

Cons:

I reserved a king room and was told you have a reserved room and that is all we guarantee because I booked through booking.com so we ended up with a two bed room. When ch I am not happy with. I have one more reservation with J resort, if I can't get the room I reserve, I go elsewhere
