An unexpected little gem was found in Flagstaff.
Pros:

This place completely exceeded my expectation, however, the black coffee served in the little store for seven bucks of pop was completely watered down. I hate that I didn’t ask for a refund, but in general, this place was absolutely amazing.

Loved the firepits, the bar and the entire reception area. Was great having a place to hang out instead of gong to our room at night. Had great conversations with people we met at firepits and jacuzzi. Such an inviting space.

Cons:

The General Store staff was inconsistent. First night we were told if we buy drinks at bar we have to stay in bar area to drink them and could take them to firepits, but if we buy at General Store we can take drinks anywhere on property. Next night we were told we could buy drinks and bar or General Store and drink anywhere on property.
The pour over coffee in room is not enjoyable, too much of a hassle to prepare and then disappointing. We ended up buying coffee at General Store. Were told we could get one free refill until noon, which we did a coffee and a latte. Later in the day, I bought a latte, was told I could have a refill that day, which I did . Next morning ordered a coffee and a latte, was told free refill on coffee but not latte.

Wystarczające, wręcz komfortowe warunki pobytu. Jedyne, co rozczarowało to temperatura wody w basenie, choć ta kwestia była absolutnie poza wpływem obsługi hotelu🤗, zależna od warunkòw atmosferycznych.

Very enjoyable and laid back.
Pros:

The staff was awesome and helpful. Facilities were nice and the beds were comfortable. They were able to get us connecting rooms.

Cons:

We paid for early check-in but they were unable to provide when we arrived. They did not charge us for early check-in. We checked our luggage, but they did not take them to our rooms once the rooms were available. We had to go down and get them ourselves.

Pros:

The location was great, the decor in the rooms is done really well. I loved the whole outdoor area. Definitely coming back soon. All the staff were super friendly.
