Room and bed comfortable enough.
Pros:

We stayed at 3 other hotels on our trip , all provided breakfast and car parking at no charge.

Cons:

You charge a basic price then add extras like breakfast and car parking! Not good!!

The hotel could do better to the rooms based on the price they Charge.
Pros:

Nice hotel in Providence
Pros:

We were accommodated many times in this hotel and we were satisfied, in almost all the aspects.
The hotel is very clean, the staff was friendly and the view was nice.

Cons:

We don't like that the windows could not be opened for fresh air. This is an almost general problem with hotel rooms in US.
The breakfast could be improved and, may be, included in some rooms offers.

Convenient location if you are going to use the Ferry boat and I dis Point Park -
Staff good
Beds comfortable

Cons:

Plumbing problems -
At first shower was only scalding water /
Staff repaired - but then difficult to adjust water flow - AND the handle/flusher fell off the toilet - too many plumbing problems -
