Cons:

My guest paid over $145 for parking for less than 8 hours. This is price gouging and I intend to report Booking to the RI Department of Consumer Protection and Attorney General. The hotel hallways smell disgustingly stuffy like old carpets. This is really bad considering I paid $340 for one night stay. Overall this hotel is overcharging and underdelivering

Pros:

It was close to my second job for easy access to travel during the snow.

Cons:

That is due to the travel ban in RI and being trapped by the snow. Could not make it to work as an essential worker. I understand that it was not the hotel's fault.
