We were 4 people but no sofa bed was offered
停车费太贵了。芝加哥市政府真黑心，晚上停在路边绿色可停的停车位，完全不影响通行。仅仅因为缴费时间小问题，就把我的车拖走了，交了300美金才让提车，真黑心。如果因为停车缴费问题，直接罚款我没有疑问。明明是可停车位，半夜把我车拖走，市政府真是太邪恶了。
The size of the room and layout was nice.
29th floor. Room 2716
The furniture was old noisy and not very comfortable. The counter / sink area was really old. And tall. the microwave was under the cabinet on the right side and you literally had to lay on the floor to access it. The sink wouldn't even hold a standard size plate. The TV in the living room had lines through it. The main entry door was so noisy and somewhat difficult to open and close.
Everything was great, Service was excellent throughout the building.
The bedding was stained

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Besonders positiv war die tolle Lage – der 360° Chicago Aussichtspunkt liegt praktisch direkt um die Ecke. Auch die Größe des Zimmers war super und alles war sehr sauber. Praktisch fanden wir außerdem die Kaffeemaschine und den Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Couch, die leider schon etwas durchgesessen und nicht mehr ganz so bequem war.

la taille des lits , ce sont des tout petit lit double...dommage , ainsi que le bruit de la ventilation malgré la clim en OFF ronflement fort permanent au point de faire tout trembler dans la chambre
