Cons:

They took deposit for 5 nights amount of $500 from my card and didn’t tell me in advance about it, I didn’t see any information about it. I think, too much amount of money for 5 nights stay in the hotel.

The room was clean. Good location.

Cons:

The staff never smiled. There was no discount when eating at the restaurant in the building. The worst part was it took FIFTEEN MINUTES for the water to get hot in the shower. I mentioned this at checkout and he did not even care. I should have been gotten SOMETHING for that inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a hot shower.

I loved everything about my room and the view. I love the valet parking even though it was very expensive.

Cons:

I didn't like that they didn't tell us anything about the room key when we first got there. And I didn't like the fact that they didn't have a wheelchair. I think they should have a wheelchair available to be rented out possibly if needed.

Confortável e bem localizado.
Pros:

Não tem café do hotel, mas tem um café terceirizado anexo, com boas opções mas tudo no "estilo americano" de desjejum. Os quartos são bem amplos e a equipe muito solícita. Fica na Mag Mile, super bem localizado.

Cons:

Café da manhã com mais opções seria bom, mas não comprometeu.
