I stayed with my family at Hilton for a family vacation to Chicago. I would say the value is good and the location is convenient. However The rooms were very dusty. My husband has dust allergies and could not sleep at nights. I hope they pay more attention to keeping the room dust free and clean.

My son and I stayed here when on a baseball park road trip. Weather wiped out the games but the hotel was very nice. The hotel was clean and the staff generally helpful. We had a car and we used valet parking. Getting your car or a rideshare/taxi can be a bit chaotic at checkout time and it's not cheap by any means but about what you can expect in a major city. The location is great and we walked almost everywhere. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as attractions like the Chicago River, Millenium Park and the Bean and Chicago 360 (formerly the Hancock Tower) and the Navy Pier. We walked around after midnight and never felt unsafe. It's a few blocks to the subway. Also the walk along Lake Michigan is minutes away. I would stay here again

The location, the size of the room
the price was more that i wanted to spend, I had been suckered into a Hilton vacation and when I wanted to use it, none of the Chicago hotels were available. But I had already offered to pay for the hotel for my family so I had to pay full price.
