the furniture looked worn out the carpet was dirty the room stink and in the room water system was clogged the toilet you have to hold the handle for it to flush fully and customer service was unprofessional

Good start, great middle, poor ending!
Pros:

Location and facilities and space.

Cons:

The let down was the porter for our luggage as we were departing. He was downright unfriendly, which was discordant with our experience so far but he then dropped our suitcase as he was transferring off the luggage cart and damaged one of the wheels. Accidents will happen but his overall attitude left a very sour taste. My wife tipped him on policy but it was poor service.

Three lovely days in Chicago
Pros:

We had a suite, I.e. living room, bedroom, bathroom, which was very nice. For breakfast one morning we had a quiche with a small salad which was delicious.

Cons:

One of the elevators did not move, very minor touchups in the bathroom would have been desirable. Read the instructions for the coffee machine in the kitchen, it is easy to make a mistake when operating it
