O box do chuveiro alagando por causa mal funcionamento do ralo, solicitei todos os dias que estive hospedado, no ultimo dia alegaram que estava com a placa de nao perturbe, o que nao era verdade. Somente no final do dia, após ter sido solicitado nos 3 dias anteriores, foi resolvido.
Alem disso, presenciei um outro hospede solicitar a um empregado no restaurante durante o café da manha para lavar um copo do filho dele e a empregada disse que nao poderia.

Ótima hospedagem em Aracaju
Pros:

Somos clientes do Celi há alguns anos. Gostamos de ficar lá pelo excelente atendimento, gostaria de elogiar dessa vez o atendimento da recepcionista Layse. O quarto é grande, limpo e confortável com cama king size e ótima ducha. O café da manhã é espetacular com itens frescos e variados, e a localização muito boa , pois fica próximo dos restaurantes , da passarela do Caranguejo, em frente ao mar e muito próximo do aeroporto também. E a área da piscina também é muito agradável.

Ótima localização, quarto confortável.

Cons:

Inicialmente me colocaram num quarto que tinha um barulho e vibração horríveis no banheiro, que atingia também o quarto e nao passava nem com tudo desligado. Então à noite reclamei e me mudaram para um quarto sem ruídos, nem vibração. A TV poderia tambem ser um pouco maior e o quarto mais iluminado.
