Convenient, clean hotel. Omelets for breakfast were a nice touch. Paid parking was a bummer.

Wonderful and very convenient being so close to the Jet Port.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the Happy Hour too. We booked a room overlooking the airport which was nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. The fresh omelet was delicious. We ate in the restaurant and the meatballs and grilled shrimp were excellent. The chef deserves a raise!! The front desk staff were super helpful.

Cons:

Can't complain about anything.

Pros:

Staff at front desk was fantastic. Especially curly haired young man!

Cons:

Housekeeping didn't come once. We had to have towels brought to the room

Close to the airport

On call, 24/7 shuttle
Pros:

The on-call shuttle from PWM - 24/7. Pick up from the airport was very prompt (10 pm); return shuttle to airport to pick up the rental car the next day … well we had to cool our hills while the front desk pulled some staff person from their other duties. At 15 minutes at a bit before 10 am.
The hot breakfast bar was good, with a made-to-order omelette station.

Cons:

The price … but we paid for space, such as a kitchenette, that we simply did not need. Ours was a late night arrival/ return to airport to pick up rental car the next morning situation.
