Pros:

Ho letto diverse recensioni negativa ma la mia esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, sia per chi arriva in treno, sia per arrivi dall'autostrada. A pochi passi dal centro storico. Hotel storico ristrutturato, almeno nelle camere che sono dotate di ogni comfort e pulitissime. Tutto impeccabile. Il personale della reception è molto gentile e il personale in sala è attento e discreto. Ho particolarmente apprezzato alcuni dettagli che non trovo sempre e ovunque. Ampia scelta per la colazione (apprezzate opzioni per intolleranti, croissant ancora caldi e tagliata di frutta freschissima).

Cons:

L'ascensore che ho utilizzato era perfettamente funzionante ma molto rovinato. Non mi è piaciuta la moquette delle scale e dei corridoi ai piani. Ho trovato la tenda oscurante della camera davvero troppo lunga (a rischio di inciampare).

Gostei da localização próxima à cidade e à estação de trem. Única preocupação é de andar com a mala da estação para o hotel porque tem uma área específica onde dá um pouco de medo de andar em termos de segurança. Café da manhã bom, com variedade muito boa!

Cons:

Quartos e todo hotel estão mais velhos do que nas fotos. Precisa de manutenção.

We had a great stay whilst discovering Parma.
Pros:

Great location! We walked from the train station to the hotel in under ten minutes. The center of the older part of the city is close by.

Very good stay. Staff very good.
Pros:

Location was good, rooms were a good size. Unfortunately a bit noisy if you get one facing the main road. Breakfast very good with adequate choices.

Cons:

Generally it was good but just noisy from the road. Not good if you’re a light sleeper.

A great hotel too stay at to visit Parma and access the train station. Very Comfortable.
Pros:

The room was nice, breakfast was delicious and the location allowed us to access and wander around old town and get to and from the train station quickly.
