Das Zimmer war klein und dunkel und ganz anders als auf den Fotos. Ein Upgrade auf eine Suite war nicht möglich. Als wir uns entschieden haben, die Unterkunft zu wechseln, gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen in Bezug auf eine zumindest teilweise Rückerstattung des Zimmerpreises, obwohl das Zimmer weitervermietet wurde.

Fantastic facility and the most friendly people! It was our 20 year wedding anniversary, and our son’s high school graduation gift. We decided we were going spare no expense and to go to Northern Italy for the food and the Duomo. This hotel was centrally located, super clean, easy to get around and just the best staff ever!!! Best part about it was… None of us spoke any Italian, only English, and they were always so willing to help in any way! It’s basically to a five star resort and the only thing it’s missing is a Jacuzzi and a little bigger exercise /weight room. Other than that, it was off the charts!

Le personnel est pas super efficace ni franchement accueillant au Check in (très long et change d’interlocuteur)
Le petit déjeuner est bon mais dans une salle très moche et sans fenêtre
