It was a lovely three day stay which we hope to repeat.
Pros:

The location was exceptional, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Staff were unbelievably welcoming and helpful. Ines, in particular, went out of her way to provide us with advice and assistance in so many ways. The hotel is very lucky to have her. In fact, Mahmoud too, and all employees everywhere at the hotel were especially pleasant. We will surely stay at Sina de la Ville again next time we are in Milan.

Perfect central hotel.

立地的な利便性で考えれば、スカラ座、ドゥオーモ、ガッラリエがとても近く、色々な欠点を無視すれば良いホテル。
Pros:

立地的には最高のホテル。
雰囲気もクラシックで、なかなか良い感じはある。
朝食レストランは、スタッフも親切で色々な対応をしていただき、満足できる時間を過ごすことが出来た。

Cons:

ただ、部屋は古びており、衣装箪笥の扉がなかなか動かないという欠点がある。
また、浴槽の排水が悪く、毎時を流しながらシャワーを浴びていると、排水溝から汚れた液体が出作るなど、建築の古さが感じられる。
また、部屋の掃除もあまり行き届かず、トイレットペーパーが不足したり、グラスが洗われていなかったり、清潔感に問題を感じた。
価格のわりに部屋があまり広くないという欠点も感じられる。

Ótima acomodação pertinho de tudo
Pros:

Ótima localização, bem pertinho do Duomo e de vários restaurantes. Café da manhã bem completo e caprichado. Staff educado e sempre atencioso.

Cons:

Tem alguns apartamentos que são mais velhos e cheios de cortinas e carpetes, o que não é nada bom para quem sofre com alergias e rinites. A princípio, íamos ficar em um quarto desses, mas após conversarmos com a recepção sobre isso, eles prontamente nos trocaram de apto e nos colocaram em um outro com um pouco menos de poeira acumulada. Wi-fi não funciona direito nos quartos.

מיקום המלון מצויין אך ההגעה אליו לא ברורה, לא הצלחנו לנווט למקום באמצעות גוגל מפה או וויז, כשהתקשרנו למלון וביקשנו שידריכו אותנו היה להם קשה לספק הסבר מדוייק. הסתובבנו סביב עצמנו לא מעט, המלון נמצא במרכז אך ההגעה אליו היא דרך רחוב צדדי וצר שמתעכל ימינה בסוף ובקושי רואים את העיקול.

Midt i sentrum god lokasjon. Rent veldig fint. Noen av personalet en dame med krøllet hår husker ikke navnet ekstremt hyggelig men dessverre ikke en på den siste dagen.

Toaletter kunne ikke spyles skikkelig nesten hver dag var tett og en dag var oversvømmelse etter at vi har vært på toalettbesøk,det var pinlig å ringe og be om hjelp ved vasking,vi kunne ikke gå inn på flere timer. Det er blitt vasket men vi fikk vite at det rommet er sånn altttid tett. Hvordan kunne vi vite det ,hvorfor må man betale så mye penger og får det rommet. Siste dagen de spurte ikke oss hvordan var oppholdet i det hele tatt og en resepsjonist gir meg en regning der jeg ser at vi skal betale noe.rommets var betalt men han sier at det er tip to dem. Uten å informere en kunde på forhånd tar de tip. For hva? Vi har betalt rommet. Du gir tip hvis du vil frivillig og der man spiser og ikke når rommet er allerede betalt og alle gjør sin jobb. I stedenfor å gi en ekstra rabatt på rommet siden vi fikk hver eneste dag rett toalettet og oversvømme lse
