Room was near and tidy and staff friendly but extremely disappointed I didn’t get the room I booked and paid for.
Pros:

Location is great, although road works and underground train make it noisy.

Cons:

When checked in we weren’t offered the property we booked. They tried to to an upgrade but unfortunately didn’t come with the twin beds we needed. Very disappointed I didn’t get the balcony I was looking forward for to- and paid poor.

„Deluxe“ nur dem Namen nach – schmutzig, abgewohnt und laut

Das als „Deluxe-Zimmer“ beworbene Zimmer war eine große Enttäuschung. Bei diesem Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Komfort und eine gepflegte, funktionierende Ausstattung erwartet.

Das Fenster im Zimmer war abgeschlossen und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Der Boden sah aus, als wäre er noch nie gewischt worden. Unter dem Bett lag ein alter und seeeeehr schmutziger Teppich. Die Matratze war steinhart, die Kissen viel zu klein und dünn. Weder die Steckdose noch die Nachttischlampe am Bett funktionierten. Der unpassend große Stuhl ließ sich nicht unter den Schreibtisch schieben und versperrte den Durchgang.

Das Badezimmer ist in einem so schlechten Zustand, dass man kaum glauben kann, dass ein Hotel ein solches Zimmer zu diesem Preis anbietet!

Die Badezimmertür hat keine ordentliche Dichtung und lässt sich nur äußerst schwer öffnen und schließen. Man muss so viel Kraft aufwenden, dass dabei der ganze Raum regelrecht erschüttert wird! Man hat das Gefühl, dass jeden Moment auch noch die Decke herunterkommt.
Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens ist verstopft!
Neben der Toilette gibt es nicht einmal eine Toilettenbürste.
Das Badezimmer hat weder ein Fenster noch einen Lüfter! Lüften ist praktisch unmöglich.

Die Zimmereingangstür war ebenfalls schwergängig und hatte zum Boden einen etwa drei Zentimeter breiten Spalt. Jeder Schritt und jedes Gespräch vom Flur sowie Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Zimmer darüber waren deutlich zu hören. An Ruhe und erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken.

Für uns hat dieses Zimmer die Bezeichnung „Deluxe“ keineswegs verdient. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr schlecht. Nie wieder!

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία.
Ανακαινισμένο, μεγάλο δωμάτιο.
Καλωσόρισμα με μπουκάλι κρασί στο δωμάτιο, σοκολατάκια και ποτά στο sky bar.
Προσεγμένη αίθουσα πρωινού και πλούσιο πρωινό.
Ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Δεν μου άρεσε που ένα απόγευμα γυρίσαμε στις 6μμ στο δωμάτιο και το προσωπικό το καθάριζε εκείνη την ώρα οπότε αναγκαστήκαμε να ξαναβγούμε και να γυρίσουμε αργότερα.

Konnten schon vor Check in um 9:00 ins Zimmer weil ein früh fertig war. Lage ist sehr Zentral.
Frühstück war super besser als auf unserem Kreutzfahrtschiff.
