Location is about all I can say for this hotel I’m afraid, as well as fulfilling our request for twin beds. Nothing else springs to mind.

Cons:

Security (or should I say lack of not keeping an eye on non-guests gaining entry onto the property and pick pocketing guests) especially when staff confirm on cctv nothing is stolen which it clearly was. I checked in and then got pickpocketed - I don’t then feel safe and my personal belongings then get opened and looked into. Are staff just letting any/everyone in? I don’t think a key card is just a good enough way to protect guests when gaining entry to the hotel. In a city centre known for pickpockets, should the hotel explore looking at guards to be on the property?! Lack of coffee int he room, charges for breakfast quite expensive.

Pros:

Location is perfect. Walkable distance to Casa Mila, Casa Batlo, food market, Palau Guell. Airport bus A2 is nearby, no need to call for taxi or Uber to and from the airport

Cons:

Just that the toilet can be improved with installing a few hooks for hanging clothes

קרוב להכל. ממול קרפור. רועש נמצא על הרמבלס. בחדר שלי היה המוןמשמש בצהרים קשה לנוח גם בגלל העבודות על הרמבלס. רוצה לציין את Marilia.: היו מדרגות לחדר שלי והיא עזרה לי עם המזוודה. לא היו לי מים חמים ושלחה מיידי מישהו. היתה מקסימה.

Location is in the central, right on the Rambla.
The room are ok, nothing impressive. The rug underneath the bed is dirty, it reposed me every time when I looked at or stepped on it. The staff didn't clean the dirty glass I used, so I had to wash it by myself when I needed to use the next day. You're and Nextlix were not working on the TV. I would say that TV was more a radio than actual TV. Overall not a pleasant stay, won't stay there next time.

Cons:

There's really nothing I really like except the hotel has nice facada.

Location, it is a construction and very dirty. The rooms were soooo expensive and definetely not a 4 star hotel
. The fridge was hardly working, air conditioning poor. There was no service really. We wanted to rent a car and the hotel could not even assist with booking and no reference. Our rooms were not even cleaned on the first day and when we told the reception, there was no apology, just rudness.

If you do this things it would be awesome
1. Bring collapse shower rod and fav decorative curtain
2. Bring couple fans to keep breeze in room
3. Ask hotel to install ceiling fan
4. Have several adapters at front desk for foreigners with phone charges so do have to bring
5. Smile more at front desk
