I booked a "Plus" room via Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was given a standard room that did not match what I had paid for and requested; one must be careful when booking. Furthermore, Booking.com did not deliver what was shown in the website's photos—the room I selected was backed by specific images confirming my choice, yet upon arrival, I was assigned a different room because that was supposedly what Booking.com had requested from the hotel. There was another issue: the booking was supposed to include a free taxi transfer to the hotel, but this did not happen despite my numerous messages to them, forcing me to pay for the airport shuttle myself.

Tam la rambla caddesinde ,catalonya meydanına 100 metre otelin karşısı carrefour temiz ve güzel otel kahvaltısı bugüne kadar bir avrupa ülkesinin en çeşitte çok .ben genelde cadde üzeri oda tercih ederim ama la rambla okadar gürültülüki ara oda bile alınabilir. Tüm çevremede tavsiye ettim.

Un havre de paix après plusieurs visites touristiques.
Pros:

L'accueil chaleureux, le professionnalisme, la disponibilité du personnel. Un spéciale dédicace pour un de ses membres qui parle le français.
La chambre (double) très spacieuse pour une personne !

La décoration de l'hôtel, les murs blancs mériteraient d'être ornés de tableaux, de sculptures, ou de mosaïques.
