A good first night stay before picking up hire car

I Love Namibia
Pros:

I work in hospitality 15 years in my country, so I see many hotels and many staff. Today I see something different.

There is one young chef, big guy, very cute and short, always smiling. He was going to every table, inside restaurant and also outside by the swimming pool, asking every guest if everything is okay and if they enjoy the food. I watch him many times from around 5pm until 8pm. He never stop caring.

Before I leave, I call him to ask his name, but I so sorry, I already forget it. 😅

If anybody know this chef, please tell him never change. Keep doing what you doing. You make people feel welcome, and you can see you really love your job and you love people. Hospitality need more people like you.

Big respect to this young chef. Thank you for making my evening special.

Nice structure and position but receptionist distracted.
Pros:

Really spacious room and good position in the centre of Windhoek. We stayed in this hotel at the beginning and ending of our tour in Namibia. Receptionist a little bit distracted and not so friendly. He booked a table for us for dinner on the rooftop writing our room number on his hand, but when we came to the restaurant for dinner, there wasn't any reservation for us.

Very good!
Pros:

Very good meals and service by Ziggo and michelle et the breakfast buffet. Also very spacious rooms and good functional AC. Would definetly be back.
