Poor service from start to finish. Our server got the cocktail order wrong (which she debated with us even though we gave her clear instructions), threw away our leftover food after we asked multiple times to have it boxed up, then preceded to debate with us about what happened rather than just owning the mistake. We asked for a manager multiple times and one was never sent over and our request was ignored. Instead she came to show us pictures of a meat bone and food in the rubbish bin to justify that what was thrown away “wasn’t much.”. To compensate, she offered to cover the potato sides ( we had ordered the meal of the night, an eisbein with potatoes) and the kitchen sent a free dessert (ice cream), but we only received one single potato and the potatoe side she had offered to "pay for" to make up for it wasn't even comparable to what we originally ordered, it was plain single semi mashed potato with none of the trimmings from our earlier dish. We were also charged full price for drinks that were 20% off and had to send her back to fix it. What made it worse is that we still paid for the food she threw away. She didn’t take any accountability and it felt like she simply didn't care. The food itself was fine, but the service was unacceptable, she really spoiled what was supposed to be a special night.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und hatte eine Minibar. Das Frühstück war phantastisch. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir am Ende unserer Reise die letzte Nacht wieder dort verbracht haben.
Wir hatten einen Tisch im Rooftop Restaurant reserviert. Die Speisekarte ist klein, aber fein. Leider hatten sie weder das Carpaccio, noch Kudufleisch und kein Oryx. Der von uns gewählte Wein war nicht zu haben und vorweg ein Mojito Cocktail ging auch nicht. Es war alles aus. Das zweite Restaurant im Hotel war geschlossen, so dass wir uns bei all unseren Wünschen mit Alternativen zufrieden geben mussten.
Nice big comfortable room and breakfast was great, so much choice. Location was great. We could walk out to the most popular sites. Had dinner in the restaurant which was great.
We didn’t get the rooms we requested even though we booked it 4months ago. And there was nowhere to sit and play card etc at night. There was a restaurant or bar but nowhere quieter to sit and talk. Pool was not inviting looks like it just for show. Restaurant and conference meeting overlooking the pool.
Exceptional… the infrastructure itself wow..the modern design, AI elevators I’m telling you..the reception.. what a Wellcome..with such warmth and kindness The cleanliness is just on another level.. indeed next to godliness

Based right in the city, easy access to Shops. Always a lovely Friday buffet or great food and service from the pantry restaurant. Always received great service from Rosalia, Philip, Layla, Luke and Smiley. They also served me a lovely wine called: Saving the Wild - Cabernet Sauvignon at the pantry. I would highly recommend anyone to grab a lovely wine at the pantry.

Keurig hotel in de belangrijkse straat van Windhoek. Toch een wat armoedige buurt. Kamergrootte is goed. Badkamer niet goed onderhouden. Badstop werkte niet. kranen in de douche zaten los, niet goed schoongemaakt daardoor vieze, bruine voegen. Verder wel schoon. Kamers zijn outdated. Betaald voor een kamer op de 11e verdieping omdat die een mooi uitzicht zou hebben. Dat uitzicht viel nogal tegen.
In het restaurant beneden kun je heel goed lunchen voor een lage prijs. Vriendelijk personeel. Ook in het dinerrestaurant is keuze in het menu maar niet heel uitgebreid.
De omgeving buiten het hotel. Het zou de belangrijkse (winkel)straat zijn maar daar ziet het totaal niet naar uit.
Outdated inrichting van de kamers en gebrek aan onderhoud van de kleinere zaken zoals in de badkamer.
Amazing place. Stunning view over the city. Fantastic food and a very attentive staff. Buffy who served me was friendly and extremely quick.
Top notch as always, however just one small issue with staff at the breakfast, if you have a plus one make sure to double check your bookings to avoid questions like, did you pay for the second person etc, it`s embarrassing to say the least. I however raised it with Kavee and the next day she sorted it out with the staff in the kitchen.
I enjoy eating at the pantry. Especially having my morning coffee or tea with a quick samdwhich.

I liked everything about my stay. My favourite part is the rooftop patio and pool. The breakfast was amazing and had a variety of food to choose from. The location of the hotel is great. I was able to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful with arranging transportation to the airport.
