Keurig hotel in de belangrijkse straat van Windhoek. Toch een wat armoedige buurt. Kamergrootte is goed. Badkamer niet goed onderhouden. Badstop werkte niet. kranen in de douche zaten los, niet goed schoongemaakt daardoor vieze, bruine voegen. Verder wel schoon. Kamers zijn outdated. Betaald voor een kamer op de 11e verdieping omdat die een mooi uitzicht zou hebben. Dat uitzicht viel nogal tegen.
In het restaurant beneden kun je heel goed lunchen voor een lage prijs. Vriendelijk personeel. Ook in het dinerrestaurant is keuze in het menu maar niet heel uitgebreid.
De omgeving buiten het hotel. Het zou de belangrijkse (winkel)straat zijn maar daar ziet het totaal niet naar uit.
Outdated inrichting van de kamers en gebrek aan onderhoud van de kleinere zaken zoals in de badkamer.
I liked everything about my stay. My favourite part is the rooftop patio and pool. The breakfast was amazing and had a variety of food to choose from. The location of the hotel is great. I was able to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful with arranging transportation to the airport.

Hotel internazionale, ottimo come base per visitare la città, con collegamento diretto al vicino centro commerciale. Ideale anche per fare rifornimento prima di partire per un road trip. Camera spaziosa e pulita, buona colazione. Check-in, accoglienza e assistenza di ottimo livello.
Purtroppo la piscina era in fase di sistemazione, per cui ci siamo goduti poco il rooftop. In ogni caso è stato possibile accedere temporaneamente per vedere la città dall'alto. Ottima vista
Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Hotel ist ansprechend, kleiner, aber ausreichender Fitnessraum, die Lage ist gut, das Personal war freundlich.das Frühstück war sensationell, auch die Bedienung dort.
Unser Zimmer war erst deutlich nach 14 Uhr zum Einzug bereit. Wir waren nach dem Flug müde und darum fiel uns das sicher besonders auf. Der Pool ist mitten in der Bar und winzig klein.

Rooftop bar and restsurant closed on Sunday, room was not serviced. When we advised the reception we were told that they will organise it to be done. Never happened
Bathtub was unhygienic, the water running down in the bassin came up in the bathtub.
Duness resturant is good with excellent food. They had variety food to provide for to cater for different tastes. I got good services from the staff more particularly from michelle and hilde. I highly recommend them for their wonderful services and customer care
