Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten zwei große Queensize Betten obwohl wir ein normales Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super mit einer sehr großen Auswahl. Es wurden sogar Waffeln und Smoothies frisch zubereitet. Das Hotel hat auch eine tolle Lage, sodass wir Windhoek zu Fuß erkunden konnten. Wir haben auch zweimal etwas an der Bar im obersten Stockwerk gegessen. Es war wirklich lecker und der Ausblick von ganz oben war super schön.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Sonnenliegen am Pool.

My experience at Avani was excellent. The breakfast was great, with outstanding service from Michelle, Christiana, Hilde, and Zigging.

Most importantly, the service at Stratos, particularly from Lanice, was exceptional. Her attention to detail and ability to identify and anticipate her guests’ needs was truly impressive. She provided some of the best service I have ever experienced and deserves special recognition for her professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to creating an exceptional guest experience.
