Disappointing service standards for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The room was a good size for three people sharing and in general, we found reception staff to be helpful and courteous despite the issues we raised during our stay.

Cons:

We did not feel that the NH Hotel met the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. The housekeeping policy of servicing rooms only every four days was disappointing. While we acknowledge that housekeeping was available on request, in hindsight we should have requested this earlier.
Having to make our own beds, wash used coffee cups daily, and collect toilet rolls from Reception did not reflect what we would consider 4-star service. By the third day, the bins in the room were full.
We also requested a towel change, but this appeared to cause some confusion, resulting in used towels being left in the room alongside the fresh ones provided. If the 4-day room service offering is intended as a pilot or trial initiative, we would respectfully suggest that it be reviewed, particularly if customer satisfaction is important to you. 
Overall, we found the basic level of service to be below the standard we expected from a 4-star hotel.
