Tiny room and dishonest and lying reception staff
Pros:

breakfast is the only thing that is positive in the hotel.

Cons:

The reception staff lied and dishonest. When we checked in at the reception, a female staff told us our room would be noisy due to the train. But if we would like to have a quieter one, we need to either pay 25 Euro more for each night, or we leave them another email address to receive their marketing emails. Then we gave one more email address. However, the room is very very noisy, not only because of the train, but also the construction site right across the road. And on the first day, we went out in the morning and came back at 17:00, the room was still not cleaned. We had to call reception asking for cleaning.
When I chose this NH hotel, the website showed that the room size is 32 square meters. But actually, the room is less than 20 square meters. The bathroom is very very tiny, my back was hit by the door handle when i simply turned around due to the door is poorly positioned and the bathroom is extremely small. I am so disappointed that a four-star hotel would lie to customers. NH, never ever go again.

Pros:

Badrummen var fantastiska och rummen var stora och trivsamma. Berlin är en mycket trevlig stad.

Cons:

Jag upplevde inte personen i receptionen som särskilt hjälpsam när jag hade frägor kring parkering. Blandade även ihop rummen vilket gjorde att våra rumskort slutade att fungera.

The hotel itself was decent, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the online check-in. It lets you choose your room in advance, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn't available. Instead of the 4th-floor room in the main building that I selected, I was given a ground-floor room in the second building with a terrible view. It felt more like a basement, with people and cars passing right outside the window. To make matters worse, the entrance to the second building is through the parking garage, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement très bien situé, la chambre très spacieuse, une literie impeccable ainsi qu’un petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix

Rien. Il manquait peu être juste quelques crochet à la salle bain pour y accrocher nos linges……. Mais cela reste un détail 😊

Great hotel, and we loved the water and gummiebears in the lobby!

Cons:

Some rooms are directly next tp the ttainrailes (runnning from 5am until midnight), but if u keep the windows closed they are absolutely soundproof
