Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mag auf den ersten Blick stimmen, jedoch hat der Aufenthalt durch einige vermeidbare Probleme einen sehr bitteren Nachgeschmack hinterlassen.
Schon vor der Anreise begann das Chaos: Über eine Booking.com-Nachricht wurde uns der Online-Check-in empfohlen. Das Resultat war leider genau das Zimmer, das wir explizit nicht haben wollten. Erst nach langem Hin und Her war plötzlich doch ein Zimmerwechsel möglich – obwohl es kurz zuvor noch hieß, die Unterkunft sei voll ausgebucht und es gäbe kaum Kapazitäten mehr.
Leider ging es im neuen Zimmer nicht besser weiter. Die Reinigung war alles andere als gründlich: Im Badezimmer stand sogar noch der dreckige Zahnputzbecher des vorherigen Gastes – absolut inakzeptabel! Als wir die Mängel ansprachen, stießen wir beim Personal auf keinerlei Verständnis oder Entgegenkommen. Im Nachhinein wurde uns lediglich beiläufig erzählt, dass man uns ja eigentlich noch ein anderes Zimmer hätte geben können.
Fazit: Der Service und das Beschwerdemanagement sind stark verbesserungswürdig. Wer Wert auf verlässliche Absprachen, Hygiene und einen freundlichen Gästeservice legt, sollte hier vorsichtig sein. Wir werden nicht noch einmal buchen.

Perfect location near Hbf in Berlin

Cons:

The air conditioning failed one evening, and opening windows proved impossible because the room sits directly above the S-Bahn tracks. Breakfast averages are also misleading: they quote 20€ per person for one meal but charge roughly 25€.

Særdeles skuffende, og jeg vil om at få økonomisk refusion for 3 dage. Vi bor nok ikke her igen.

Kender hotellet og har boet der flere gange. Central beliggenhed.

Cons:

Rengøring fungerede ikke de første tre dage. Måtte selv hente nye håndklæder i receptionen; måtte skifte kodekort to gange da de ikke virkede; da vi skulle rejse blev de påstået at vi havde haft morgenmad hvilket ikke var korrekt; hertil spørgsmål om parkering (vi havde ikke bil med). Og meget mere. Vi bor nok ikke her igen. Der var ikke styr på tingene hverken hos personale eller i systemerne.

Hôtel propre et bien situé
Pros:

Situé à moins de 5 minutes de la station Savignyplatz et d’Uhlandstr. + plusieurs lignes de bus. Très facile de rejoindre le centre.
Bâtiment suffisamment loin des rails du métro pour être au calme.
Près de plusieurs lieux à visiter et de restaurants/coffee shop.
L’hôtel est propre et sent très bon. Le staff a été très agréable lors de notre enregistrement.

Cons:

Quelques travaux de rénovation lors de notre séjour : des bruits de perceuses dès 9h du matin, c’est dommage quand on aime les grasses matinées
