Guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Lage, Zimmer, super Frühstück.

Cons:

Nur Eine Bettdecke im Doppelbett.
Die Türen zum Nebengebäude in der Tiefgarage und im Hof öffneten sich einige Male nicht. Man kommt dann nicht weiter und muss zur Rezeption zurück bzw. man ist im Innenhof „gefangen“ wenn die Tür nicht aufgeht.

Service und Zimmer soweit gut, kann man weiterempfehlen, an der Infoweitergabe kann man noch arbeiten :-)

Wir sind in der Nacht angereist, mit Kinderwagen .
Der Herr von der Rezeption hat uns nicht den einfachen Weg durch die Garage genannt. So mussten wir den vollgepackten Kinderwagen und das Gepäck vom Haupthaus ins Nebengebäude über Treppen wieder runter tragen. Das war sehr umständlich und schade, das man keine Fenster aufmachen konnte wegen der s-Bahn die alle 10 min fuhr.

had Hauptgebäude geboekt en een kamer groter dan 20m2 namelijk 32m2 voor €1061, had bij aankomst een ongevraagde upgrade in het hotel gekregen naar het Hauptgebäude en een kamer van 20m2 voor de prijs van €1061 want het werd in hun systeem niet erkent dat ik het Hauptgebäude geboekt had en ook niet de grotere kamer, een dag later door een andere medewerkster werd mijn oorspronkelijke boeking wel erkent zonder een verandering aan de situatie door te voeren, ik heb de indruk dat ik voor de kamer te veel betaald heb en ben er niet blij mee,kunnen jullie dat even controleren ?

Die Lage war gut. Die neuwertige Einrichtung des Zimmers war praktisch und geschmackvoll

Cons:

Das Personal ab der Rezeption war wahnsinnig unfreundlich, teilweise grenzte es an unverschämt. Das hat uns den Aufenthalt wirklich vermiest, da wir uns nicht willkommen gefühlt haben.
Im Gebäude war ein absolut ekliger Geruch, der während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht verschwand.
Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war wohl aus einem anderen Jahrtausend und funktionierte nicht, machte aber dafür dauerhaft nervige Geräusche.

Die super Lage zur S-Bahn war echt klasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sehr gut. Es gab ein super vielfältige und leckeres Frühstück

Das es keine richtige Dusche gab, sondern eine Badewanne in der man Duschen musste.

Gute Lage Nahe S-Bahnhof Savigny-Platz und rasch am Kurfürstendamm.
Bequemes Bett und gute Kaffeemaschine.

Cons:

Man erhält von NH zu viele Nachrichten vorab, das stört schon.
Für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr Service und Komfort erwartet.

Lage und Verkehrsanbindung. Zimmer im Haupthaus gut. Klimaanlage funktioniert vollkommen einwandfrei und leise, das ist sehr selten, top!

Cons:

Die Baustelle ist zur Zeit unschön, Frühstück so mittel. Zimmer im Nebenhaus eher unschön, aber am Empfang wurde uns da superschnell geholfen.
