We loved Hotel Van Walsum! Our room was spacious, beautiful, and clean. It felt like a royal room to be honest, this truly was one of the best places where we've ever stayed. The receptionist was very polite, even gave us recommendations for the city. A coffee machine was available in the room, and the coffee that we made was great tasting and a good start to our day! Also, we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel while sightseeing before leaving the city, which was perfect!

Cons:

The hotel isn't exactly in the city centre, though the distance is walkable (around 30 minutes). The same is with the central railway station. Nevertheless, the district was calm and it's close to the beautiful Art Depot Museum (which was closed during out stay, but the building was still colossal).
