Location to Amtrak and views from the 16th floor.
Lounge area and room amenities.

Cons:

Cleanliness was not great and a lot of things need updating. ( loose shower faucet handles and lamp shades torn and hallways and elevators not cleaned or vacuumed well.

It was ok. Not worth the price
Cons:

I waited to be checked in. I was overlooked and the gentleman that came in after me was helped first. The price was pretty high for the service.

Very poor and expensive
Pros:

i love the Clyde it feel, location and usually value staff good also

Cons:

No water in room no coffee machine, wifi didnt work. aircon difficult to control so poor sleep, Staff said they would bring up coffee machine and didnt. Coffee at lobby was empty and not replaced.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the ToGo Market is extremely convenient and reasonably priced. The rooms are excellent, underground parking is a nice feature for a downtown location, and the bar and sofa lounge areas are very comfortable and luxurious. This is by far my favorite place to stay in Albuquerque.

Cons:

The only thing I wish for at this hotel is stair steps into the pool because I like to be able to sit in the pool instead of stand in in the pool.
