Clean facility. Customer service was awesome
Hotel molto bello, elegante e posizione centralissima.
Nulla.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and very inviting. Rooms were spacious and the bar downstairs was relaxing, offering appetizing drinks and snacks.
There isn’t anything we disliked. We had a very comfortable stay.
Schönes Interieur das an die roaring twenties erinnert; sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter, die Persönlichkeiten sind
Computer system was down, so we waited about 45 min before we could check in. I thought they might offer us a free drink for our trouble while we waited, but no.
Great location and value for our short visit. Passing through Albuquerque and wanted a great central location to do a fast sightseeing weekend. Check-in was fast and the multiple restaurants and coffee shop in the hotel were all great
Rooms were a bit dated and old fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel but nothing actually wrong with anything during our stay.
would like to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at The Clyde Hotel.
The hotel itself feels quite old, and the bed was very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly.
Additionally, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the security staff members. When we briefly parked our car near the entrance while checking in, the security guard became irritable and raised his voice at us. He stated that the area was an emergency entrance; however, there were no visible signs indicating this. We never refused to move the vehicle and fully intended to do so after completing the check-in process.
I believe guests should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially during arrival and check-in. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression of our stay.
Thank you for your attention.
The room was nice and comfy. The hotel was huge. We did get some drinks at the bar which was enjoyable and the bartender was great. I also like that they offered iced water all over the hotel as well. Very snazzy lobby
The pool was great but it would be nice to have more shade options as we were directly in sun and couldn’t stay for to long out there
The location was convenient and the check-in process was relatively easy. Other than that, there was very little that stood out positively during my stay.
The room did not have a refrigerator, the sink was clogged and would not drain properly, and the shampoo dispenser was empty. During the night, the fire alarm went off and all guests were required to evacuate the building. It was later determined to be a false alarm, but no announcement or explanation was provided afterward. In addition, the lobby staff gave incorrect directions and inconsistent information. Overall, the hotel appears poorly maintained and does not provide the level of service expected for the price charged.
Ok
Front desk staff were very nice!!! No hidden costs, parking was included in the total!!
Elevators could use some refreshing
Staff was very friendly and the remodeled portion of the hotel was nice. Great location.
The ac/heat in my room was banging and my curtains broke in the first room, so was unable to have blackout conditions. I had to change rooms. In my new room I was unable to raise the temperature of the thermostat because it was explained to me the building was old and the thermostat did not work unless the outdoor temperature was lower than the setting I wanted.
How safe it feels
I loved everything!
Very nice location with wonderful views. Modern interior
I liked everything
