ottima posizione, staff accogliente e premuroso
all'ingresso c'è un tavolo con acqua e snack messi gratuitamente a disposizione dei clienti
garage un po' caro (29€) ma posto al piano -1 quindi comodissimo
colazione molto varia, abbondante, con prodotti di qualità
bagno ottimo

Cons:

la camera a due letti ( molto comodi) era di dimensioni standard ma anziché esserci una poltroncina c'era una lampada, sicuramente di design, ma molto/troppo ingombrante
illuminazione da migliorare

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to main sights and train station. Staff extremely professional and helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Nice gesture of free drink if room does not require cleaning during short stay, i,e.. two nights.

Cons:

Nothing! Can't complain at all.

很不错！
Pros:

位置很好，闹中取静，转个弯就到热闹的老街，走到主火车站也就十几分钟而已，所有的景点都可以走到。早餐不错，小点心很精致，前台员工也非常热情友善，我们在萨尔茨堡住得很舒服

Cons:

房间的墙纸有一点水印，不知道是不是洗手间的水渍渗过去了，但是在很高的位置，倒是不影响我们住。房间有点闷

Su ubicación. Tamaño, diseño,comodidad y limpieza habitación.

Cons:

Los recepcionistas nada empáticos ( no nativos) el.dia de nuestra llegada . Pues nosotros teníamos dificultad con el.idioma y ellos no pusieron nada de su.parte para facilitar la comunicación e información.
En cambio el.dia de la salida nos atendió una recepcionista catalana que demostró ser una gran profesional .

Hôtel à déconseiller. Très mauvais rapport qualité - prix.
Pros:

Proximité de la vieille ville.
Liaison bus facile pour la gare.

Cons:

Chambre non prête à 18H (alors que nous étions passés à 13H signaler notre arrivée et que le check in était prévu à 15H au plus tard)
Personnel visiblement débordé. Accueil déplorable.
Pas de lumière dans la salle de sport.
Hors de prix pour la qualité des services et une chambre très standard : 300€ la nuit.

Ottima la posizione

Cons:

Esperienza davvero deludente. La colazione offriva prodotti che non sembravano freschi, con una qualità decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Anche la pulizia della camera e del bagno lasciava molto a desiderare. Inoltre, durante il soggiorno il letto non è mai stato rifatto, cosa inaccettabile per una struttura alberghiera.

Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non mi è sembrato adeguato e non consiglierei questo hotel. Mi auguro che la struttura presti maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, alla qualità della colazione e al servizio di riassetto delle camere.

Zuwenig kompetentes Personal. Zimmer abgewohnt.

Das Frühstück zufriedenstellend.

Cons:

Wir waren zum 6.Mal dort und immer zufrieden. Heuer war alles anders als sonst. Das Zimmer war nicht fertig um 15 Uhr, 3 Tage kein Zimmerservice, 1 x nur auf Verlangen. Die inakzeptable Begründung war "green Service" war aber nicht gebucht und wir waren auch nicht informiert . Personal das nicht immer hilfsbereit und teilweise unroutiniert. Zimmerservice war personell völlig unterbesetzt. Flure waren fleckig verdreckt, unter dem Bett lag der Lurch.

המיקום של המלון, ארוחת בוקר סבירה, לא ברמה של הרשת NH

Cons:

החדר לא היה מוכן בשעה 15:00, זו שעת קבלה, קיבלנו אותו בשעה 19:00, מכונת קפה לא עבדה, יומיים עד שהחליפו, החדר היה מלוכלך למרות שביקשתי שינקו לא ניקו, סידור המיטה היה סתם, רק החליפו מגבות בחר, בתמורה קיבלנו את החנייה חינם, לא שיפר את ההרגשה של 4 לילות במלון יקר, חבל לא ברמה של הרשת NH
