Zentral gelegenes Hotel unweit von der Altstadt
Pros:

Perfekte Lage in Salzburg Stadt, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Altstadt. Es gibt 5 Minuten entfernt eine Parkgarage. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Upon arrival, I found the water dispenser of the coffee machine in my room dirty. At breakfast, on three consecutive days, I found dirty cups, including cups with coffee grounds and lipstick marks. I reported the issue to different members of staff and was told they were aware of it and looking into it, but the problem continued during my 3-day stay.

If an issue is known, I would expect extra manual checks until it is resolved. For me, this is not just about a few dirty cups. It affects the overall feeling of care and cleanliness throughout the hotel.

This significantly impacted my experience and fell well below what I expected from a 4-star hotel.
